Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat Kelurahan Siwalankerto, Surabaya, melalui inovasi produk ecocraft berbahan dasar limbah cangkang telur sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi kreatif dan kesadaran lingkungan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga, adalah keterbatasan akses peluang usaha dan keterampilan produksi, serta penumpukan limbah cangkang telur yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai potensi limbah, pelatihan teknik produksi ecocraft, pendampingan desain produk, pelatihan pemasaran digital, serta pembentukan komunitas usaha kreatif berbasis limbah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah limbah menjadi produk bernilai jual, berkembangnya strategi promosi digital, serta terbentuknya komunitas usaha berkelanjutan. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa produk ecocraft siap jual, peningkatan kompetensi produksi dan pemasaran, serta dokumentasi kegiatan yang dapat direplikasi. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga memperkuat kesadaran pengelolaan limbah secara kreatif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract This community service program aims to empower the people of Siwalankerto Village, Surabaya, through the innovation of ecocraft products made from eggshell waste as an effort to enhance the creative economy and environmental awareness. The main challenges faced by the community, especially housewives, include limited access to business opportunities and production skills, as well as the accumulation of eggshell waste that potentially pollutes the environment. The implementation method consists of socialization and education on waste potential, training in ecocraft production techniques, product design assistance, digital marketing training, and the establishment of a waste-based creative business community. The results indicate an improvement in participants' skills in processing waste into marketable products, the development of digital promotion strategies, and the formation of a sustainable business community. The outputs include market-ready ecocraft products, increased production and marketing competencies, and replicable training documentation. This program not only provides economic benefits for the community but also strengthens creative and sustainable waste management practices.
