<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The selection of contraceptive methods is an essential component of family planning programs to control population growth and improve reproductive health. Knowledge level of couples of reproductive age plays an important role in determining contraceptive choices. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and contraceptive method selection among couples of reproductive age. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used involving 130 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using chi-square and t-tests. The results showed that respondents with good knowledge were more likely to choose modern contraceptive methods (p<0.05). It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and contraceptive choice. Keywords: Knowledge, Reproductive Age Couples, Contraception ABSTRAK Pemilihan metode kontrasepsi merupakan bagian penting dalam program keluarga berencana (KB) untuk mengendalikan pertumbuhan penduduk dan meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi. Tingkat pengetahuan pasangan usia subur (PUS) menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan dalam memilih metode KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan pasangan usia subur dengan pemilihan metode KB. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional terhadap 130 responden PUS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PUS dengan pengetahuan baik cenderung memilih metode KB modern dibandingkan tradisional (p<0,05).
