Latar belakang: Permasalahan yang hampir ada di setiap kepengurusan Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah, baik cabang maupun ranting, adalah kurangnya semangat anggota pengurus dalam kegiatan organisasi. Hal tersebut tercermin dari persentase kehadiran rapat-rapat pengurus PCM dan PCA Tambak yang masih berkisar 10-15 persen. Tujuan: Untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan pengurus cabang dan ranting Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah, sehingga berdampak pada partisipasi anggota dalam menjalankan program-programnya. Metode: Partisipan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari ketua, wakil ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, ketua dan anggota majelis atau bidang, pimpinan amal usaha di lingkungan cabang dan ranting Muhammadiyah dan Aisiyyah sebanyak 122. Kegiatan berbentuk outbound dengan tema kepemimpinan. Pemandu outbound adalah instruktur atau tim outbound Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Banyumas. Outbound dilaksanakan pada hari Ahad, tanggal 25 Mei 2025, bertempat di Pantai Cemaran Sewu, Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. Untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman tentang kepemimpinan, digunakan kuesioner community building yang diisi oleh partisipan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan outbound. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan skor sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan dengan paired t test. Hasil: Rerata skor community building sebelum outbound 66,54±7,794 poin, sedangkan sesudah outbound reratanya 87,61±4,588 poin dengan perbedaan rerata 21,066±8,941 poin dan berbeda signifikan (p= 0,0001). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan outbound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemahaman kepemimpinan pengurus Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah. This is reflected in the percentage of attendance at the PCM and PCA Tambak management meetings which is still around 10-15 percent. Objective: To develop the leadership of the Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah branch and sub-branches management, so that it has an impact on member participation in carrying out its programs. Method: Participants in this community service consisted of the chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer, chairman and members of the council or field, leaders of charitable efforts in the Muhammadiyah and Aisiyyah branch and sub-branches environment totaling 122. The activity was in the form of an outbound with the theme of leadership. The outbound guide was an instructor or outbound team from the Muhammadiyah Banyumas Regional Leadership. The outbound was held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Cemaran Sewu Beach, Cilacap, Central Java. To measure the level of understanding of leadership, a Community Building questionnaire was used which was filled out by participants before and after the outbound activity. The analysis was conducted by comparing scores before and after the activity using a paired t-test. Result: The average community building score before the outbound was 66.54±7.794 points, while after the outbound the average was 87.61±4.588 points, with a mean difference of 21.066±8.941 points and a significant difference (p=0.0001). Conclusion: The outbound activity has an impact on improving the leadership understanding of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah administrators.
