Abstract

The main objective in this study was to determine the application of the concept of differentiated learning march songs through ice breaking to the learning interest of Al-Khairaat 1 Palu Elementary School Students. This research used a quantitative approach to describe the problems and research focus. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of Al-Khairaat 1 Palu Elementary School, totaling 35 people. The instruments in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that the application of differentiated learning march songs through ice breaking on students' interest in learning at SD Al-Khairaat 1 Palu shows something positive. This can be seen in the high percentage value of each indicator. The indicator of interest in learning is 93.33%, attention in learning is 90%, motivation to learn is 97.5% and students' understanding of learning is 92.5%. Thus, the application of the march song for differentiated learning through ice breaking has a very strong category of increasing students' interest in learning at SD Al-Khairaat 1 Palu.
