Abstract

Tindakan bullying di lingkungan sekolah memiliki dampak sistemik yang merugikan kondisi psikologis korban, merusak suasana belajar, dan menurunkan kualitas pendidikan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan bebas bullying melalui implementasi berbagai program inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan hukum, serta pendampingan program sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan berupa koordinasi, pelaksanaan program edukasi interaktif, serta evaluasi berbasis kuesioner dan observasi lapangan. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran warga sekolah mengenai aspek hukum perlindungan anak dan bentuk-bentuk bullying. Implementasi enam kegiatan inovatif—seperti Pekan Anti Bullying, Kotak Curhat Siswa, Mentor Kakak Asuh, Konseling Kreatif, Teman Sebangku Peduli, dan Kampanye Media Sosial—terbukti efektif membangun budaya saling menghormati. Kesimpulannya, sinergi seluruh elemen sekolah melalui program inovatif yang didukung pemahaman hukum mampu menciptakan iklim pendidikan yang kondusif dan aman bagi perkembangan siswa.Kata Kunci: anti-bullying; lingkungan sekolah; kegiatan inovatif; perlindungan anak; pengabdian masyarakat. ABSTRACTBullying in schools has systemic negative impacts that harm victims' psychological state, disrupt the learning environment, and lower educational quality. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to optimize a safe and bullying-free school environment through the implementation of innovative programs. The method used for this community service includes socialization, legal counseling, and school program mentoring. The activity was conducted through three main stages: preparation involving coordination, execution of interactive educational programs, and evaluation based on questionnaires and field observations. The results achieved indicate an increase in school community awareness regarding the legal aspects of child protection and types of bullying. The implementation of six innovative activities—such as Anti-Bullying Week, Student Suggestion Boxes, Peer Mentoring, Creative Counseling, Caring Desk-mates, and Social Media Campaigns—proved effective in fostering a culture of mutual respect. In conclusion, the synergy of all school elements through innovative programs supported by legal understanding successfully creates a conducive and safe educational environment for student development.Keywords: anti-bullying; school environment; innovative activities; child protection; community service.
