This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of the Tilawati method in Phase A and Phase B at SDIT Bahtera Nuh Katapang and its implications for students' Qur'an literacy achievement. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a comparative design to obtain an in-depth overview of the planning, implementation, evaluation, and learning outcomes in both phases. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation of the learning process, and documentation studies, then analyzed using an interactive model through data reduction, presentation, and verification with triangulation techniques. The results showed a differentiation of learning strategies adapted to the characteristics of students' cognitive development. In Phase A, learning emphasized strengthening the basics of makharijul huruf and reading habits through intensive drilling and direct correction. Meanwhile, in Phase B, learning was oriented towards improving reading fluency, tajwid consistency, and memorization stability through structured muraja'ah. These findings confirm that the effectiveness of the Tilawati method is greatly influenced by the suitability of the strategy to the developmental phase of students, resulting in different Qur'an literacy achievements in each phase.
