Abstract. This study aimed to describe the process of implementing online-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade 6 Mathematics class at SD Negeri Baru 02. This research is a qualitative research used a phenomenological research design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity testing technique used technical triangulation. The data analysis was obtained from the results of data collection by using interactive analysis. The results showed that the process of implementing online-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade 6 of SD Negeri Baru 02 began with the teacher prepared the learning, namely making learning tools, preparing online learning media, preparing learning materials, and preparing assignments. Online learning was carried out through online media, namely WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and YouTube videos. Online learning was carried out by using assignment method. Online learning assessment was carried out in three aspects, namely cognitive assessment, affective assessment, and psychomotor assessment.
