Abstract

Abstract. The students' long jump learning outcomes still do not meet the KKM. This study aims to describe the process of improving long jump learning outcomes through the rope jumping approach to fourth grade students of Katekan 2 Elementary School in Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were grade IV students of SDN 2 Katekan in Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency with a total of 20 students. The instrument used was a long jump performance test. The data analysistechnique used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effort to increase the results of the long jump through rope jumping in the fourth grade students of Katekan Elementary School 2 of Gantiwarno Subdistrict, Klaten Regency was successfully marked by an increase in the average value of students. The average value of students in pre-action activities was 55.94 with a percentage of completeness of 40%. This condition experienced an increase in the average value of studentsin the first cycle, namely to be equal to 65.63 and the percentage of completeness by 60%. However, this increase has not yet reached the target set previously. Then after proceeding to the second cycle the students' long jump average value increased to 70.50 with the percentage of completeness of 90%. This shows that the previously set target has been reached so that the research is stopped in cycle II. The long jump learning process using the play approach takes place dynamically and pleasantly. Students actively carry out the task and observe the movement of the long jump technique and discuss each other with friends. All aspects ofassessment are mastered by students. The students' long jump ability increases with the markedby all KKM complete students (Minimum Completion Criteria), namely 67.

Abstract

Abstract. The  of this study was to improve teacher competence in SD Negeri Kalinanas in using ICT learning media. The study was conducted in SD Negeri 1Kalinanas for ± 5 months starting Friday, July 22, 2016 until Saturday, November 19,2016. The subjects of this study were 9 teachers. Data collection is done throughinterviews, observation and documentation. From the interviews, the results show that it is important to use ICT learning media very well. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the pre cycle, the average score was 78 with a percentage of 53% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators for the use of ICT learning media, in the first cycle 88 average values were obtained with 69% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators of ICT learning media use, and in cycle II obtained an average value of 97 with a percentage of 88% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators of the use of ICT learning media. There has been an increase in teacher competency in the use of ICT learning media after being supervised with individual techniques by the principal of SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas.

Abstract

Abstract. The national curriculum of learning takes place through the Scientific Approach, students are guided to be able to find learning material by themselves. Not all students can be easily active in learning, because they are afraid to ask questions, lazy even some do not understand so learning is increasingly confusing. Learning with the habits of students want to explain the teacher, making students less active in the learning process and the results obtained are not optimal. Chemistry is often considered to be an elusive lesson that causes studentdislike. Pleasant learning methods are needed so as to create joyful nuanced learning situations that make students absorbed, comfortable and excited. The learning method chosen in this study was the KIMLA learning method, namely the method of discussion using songs as a medium in learning Chemistry. With the KIMLA method, it is expected that there will be an increase in the activeness and learning achievement of students in the periodic Chemistry System Learning subject elements. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted atSMA 1 Ceper Klaten, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year in September 2018 - October 2019, the target in this study was the tenth grade students of MIPA 1 with 28 students consisting of 12 sons and 16 daughters. Data obtained through observation are direct observations when taking student learning activities data, and assessment sheets are continued by analysis of the average pre-action test scores, cycle 1 and cycle II. The criteria for the success of giving an action are if students get a minimum score of 67 KKM, with the percentage of learning completeness 75% of 28 students, while the success criteria for learningactiveness are 80%. Based on the results of the research and discussion it was concluded that there was an increase in the activeness of students to 96.4% and 100% learning outcomes completed with an average of 79.

Abstract

Abstract. This classroom action research is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes, especially in the reduction material. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on Mathematics about the reduction by using contextual learning models are expected to improve student learning outcomes. The contextual learning method is a learning concept that helps teachers associate the material they teach with real-world student situations and encourage students to make connections between the knowledge he has and its applicationin their daily lives. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the object of research in class I SD Negeri 2 Gatak. The focus of the research on the reduction of contextual learning is an effort to improve the learning outcomes of Mathematics. Data collection is done by direct observation of the learning process. The results showed that there was a significant increase of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle learning activities, cycle I and cycle II. The increase can be seen from the average value of students and the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes from KKM which is determined at 65. Based on the results of these observations it can be concluded that the application of Mathematics subject matter reduction learning contextual learning models can improve student learning outcomes in class ISD Negeri 2 Gatak. Furthermore, the results of this study can be used to improve learning with similar cases.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to increase the attention andlearning outcomes of PKN in the second semester students of class I onBudi Pekerti material at SD Negeri Ngiyono through the Talking Sticklearning method for the 2015/2016 school year. This type of research isClass Action Research conducted in 2 cycles. Subjects of the study wereclass I students, amounting to 18 students consisting of 9 male students and9 female students. Data collection methods used are observation, tests, anddocumentation. The results of the study showed an increase in the attentionand learning outcomes of PKN students. This is shown from the pre cycleaverage value of attention and learning outcomes of students is 71.11 with apercentage of completeness of 35.00% which reaches the value ofcompleteness. In the first cycle the average value of attention and learningoutcomes of students is 79.44 with the percentage of completeness 68.00%while in the second cycle the average value of attention and learningoutcomes of students is 88.33 with a percentage of 96.00% completeness.Attention and learning outcomes of students on PKN subjects Budi Pekertimaterial in class I semester 2 increased with the application of Talking Sticklearning methods and has met the indicator of success that is equal to 75%.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement of children's poetry reading skills with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in Class V Students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, Semester I, Academic Year 2018/2019. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in the fifth grade of Nanggulan Elementary School 2 in Cawas District, Klaten Regency with a total of 17 students, consisting of 3 male students and 14 female students. This classroom action research is carried out three cycles in a continuous manner. Each cycle is carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting to determine the effectiveness of the action. Based on the analysis, it can beconcluded as follows: First, based on observations of teacher performance the results of the average score of teacher performance have increased from learning Cycle I for 1.3 Cycle II learning to 2.3, and at Cycle III 2.7. With the criteria of a sufficient limit score is a score of 2 and a score of 3 is good; Second, based on student activity data for three cycles, the average score about student activity experienced an increase from Cycle I learning at 1.2 learning Cycle II to 2.0 and in Cycle III learning to 2.8; Third, based on the results of the assessment ofreading children's poetry with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach, the average score of the test results and assignments has increased from Cycle I learning to 70.89 Cycle II learning to 75.59 and Cycle III learning to 79.71 . Increasing the percentage of classical learning completeness by learning cycle I was 41.18%, learning Cycle II became 58.82%, and learning in Cycle III reached 82.35%. Thus through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach the ability to read children's poetry in Class V students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, in the first semester of school year 2018/2019 can increase.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to improve the activities andlearning outcomes of science in class 1 students in the first semester on theHealthy Body material in Ngiyono Public Elementary School through theJigsaw learning method in the 2016/2017 school year. This type of researchis Classroom Action Research conducted in 2 cycles consisting of 2meetings with 4 stages each cycle, namely planning, implementing actions,observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were class I students,totaling 18 students. Data collection methods used are observation, tests,and documentation. The results of this study are an increase in the activitiesand learning outcomes of science students in class I. This is shown from thepre cycle average value of activities and student learning outcomes is 70.55by 7 students. In the first cycle the average value of activities and learningoutcomes of students is 78.80 by 11 students while in the second cycle theaverage value of the results of activities and student learning outcomes is86.67 by 16 students from 18 students. The activities and learning outcomesof students in science subjects in Healthy Body material in class I insemester 1 increased with the application of the Jigsaw learning method andhad fulfilled the indicator of success of 75%.

Abstract

Abstract. Short distance learning in Mlese Gantiwarno Public Elementary School 2 in Klaten, which is monotonous, makes students feel bored so that the process and achievement of learning outcomes are less than optimal. This study aims to determine the increase in motivation to learn short distance running in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Mlese Gantiwarno Klaten Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year through the method of playing. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 2 Mlese, Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency, which amounted to 20 students. Thedata collection technique uses observation sheets to determine student interest, motivation questionnaires, and student perform nce sheets. The results showed that the average score of the aspects of interest was 76.35 so that the average interest of students had exceeded 70, thus the interest of students had increased. The performance aspects of students showed an average value of 72.95, this indicates that the value of students has achieved a minimum of completeness, namely 70, so that the target of 70% of students completed has been fulfilled.Based on the motivation questionnaire shows that 64.1% of children have good motivation. The fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Mlese in each cycle experienced an increase and by giving the method of playing students felt happy or felt interested in taking short distance learning. So that learning through the method of playing approach in short distance running material in class V students of SD Negeri 2 Mlese has succeeded in increasing students' motivation and learning achievement in following the learning.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the drill method in improving the results of volleyball under-passing learning of fifth grade students of Mlese 1 Elementary School in Klaten Regency, Semester I 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research subjects consisted of 18 students. The instrument used to measure the success of teacher and student activities in teaching and learning activities is by using an observation sheet, while measuring student learning outcomes is a cognitive, affective and psychomotor test. Thisresearch was conducted in two cycles. The stages in this study follow the procedure of classroom action research, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. From the results of the study concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency using the drill method showed maximum results, where in the first cycle the completeness level of teacher activities in carrying out learning activities only reached 72.72%and increased in cycle II to 100%, for student learning completeness data 70% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 90%, this has exceeded standards based on minimum completeness criteria of 85%. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle only reached 66.67%, increasing in the second cycle to 94.44% or have reached the level of learning completeness set by the school which is 80%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the drill method can improve the results of volleyball under-passing learning in grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency, first semester of the school year 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide solutions to problems that arise during distance learning (PJJ) at SD Negeri Soropadan No. 108 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data were obtained through research subjects, namely homeroom teachers, students, observations result, and documents. The data collection technique used in thin research is interview homeroom teachers, students with questionnaires, observation, and other supporting document. A research is needed, namely an observation guide sheet, interview guide sheet, and questionnaire sheet. The data validity test uses the triangulation method. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The problem of implementing learning is the lack of self-preparation of teachers, lack of teacher's, knowledge related to distance learning technology so that learning is monotonous, lack of, interaction during learning, students who do not do assignments, lack of feedback to students, a lack of monitor student assignments, teachers providing material, delays in collecting assignments, limitations of learning technology used, obstacles in using google forms. The solution to the problemis to take part in socialization or training regarding distance learning, then create more diverse and fun learning, change the media from learning video or short messages to video calls so that interaction is maximized, students who do not do assignments are given warnings, a longer time or reduced points according to the length of the delay, provide simple support and appreciation after submitting assignments, changing the lesson plan to reduce the material to be taught, the teacher supervising the assignment of students, the teacher explains the material provided via voice messages or else, share material before learning, or use media that is more supportive of sharing screens, tutorials or procedures for using google forms.
