Abstract

This study examines the integration of Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Creative Week as a strategic approach to strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in primary education, with a focus on implementation at SDN 76 Bengkulu City. Using a qualitative descriptive design supported by document analysis, observation, and structured interviews, the research explores how Creative Week operationalizes PBL principles through arts-based projects, cultural exploration, and community involvement. The findings reveal that Creative Week serves as an effective platform for internalizing Pancasila values, enabling students to experience collaboration, diversity appreciation, creativity, and social responsibility in authentic contexts. Despite challenges such as limited resources, time constraints, and uneven conceptual understanding among students, the overall impact on character formation is significantly positive. The study further highlights the need for stronger program planning, enhanced teacher capacity, and increased stakeholder collaboration to optimize implementation. Theoretically, the integration of PBL and Creative Week demonstrates strong pedagogical synergy in reinforcing multiple dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, including Creativity, Critical Thinking, Independence, Mutual Cooperation, Global Diversity, and Faith and Noble Morals. The findings have wider implications for character-based education in Indonesia, suggesting that similar experiential and culturally grounded programs can be adopted across schools to strengthen national character values. Future research is encouraged to examine the long-term and comparative impacts of such initiatives.
