Collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers and parents is an important factor in helping vocational high school students design goals and develop career planning skills. This study aims to broadcast the implementation of collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers and parents in student career planning at SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo based on Standard 2 Criteria 3 ABKIN. The study used a mixed methods approach with a Concurrent Parallel Design and Discrepancy Evaluation Model evaluation model. Quantitative data were obtained through an evaluation instrument containing 50 items, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with guidance and counseling teachers. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by integrating the results of questionnaires and interviews. The results showed a total score of 257 out of 350 or 73.43%, which indicates that the service has developed strongly towards full implementation. The organizing aspect obtained 77.14%, planning 72.86%, designing 78.57%, implementation 78.57%, while evaluation obtained the lowest score, namely 60.00%. These findings indicate that collaboration between guidance counselors and parents has been successful through open communication, student engagement, career needs mapping, classroom services, individual counseling, and parent consultations. However, gaps remain in documentation, parent involvement evaluation, career group services, and follow-up. The study's findings emphasize the importance of strengthening evaluation, documentation, and follow-up systems to ensure more accountable and sustainable collaborative career planning services.
