This study aims to determine the effect of training and work innovation on fixed asset governance among civil servants at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research used a quantitative method with a total sample of 37 civil servants using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the assistance of the SPSS program. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on fixed asset governance with a t-value of 3.215 and a significance value of 0.003. Work innovation also had a positive and significant effect on fixed asset governance with a t-value of 3.874 and a significance value of 0.001. Simultaneously, training and work innovation had a positive and significant effect on fixed asset governance with an F-value of 26.681 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination value of 61.1% indicates that fixed asset governance is influenced by training and work innovation.
