This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational policies at MA Sunan Bonang Ponco and evaluate their level of conformity with empirical conditions in the field. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the principal, teachers, educational staff, and students as research informants. The findings indicate that the implementation of educational policies at MA Sunan Bonang Ponco has generally been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, particularly in curriculum management, teacher competency development, and the enhancement of academic culture. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limitations in facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and the socio-economic conditions of students. The success of policy implementation is influenced by the effectiveness of school leadership, the level of participation among all school members, and the institution’s ability to adapt to the dynamics and demands of the educational environment.
