Student organizations serve as an important learning platform for developing leadership, communication, teamwork, and managerial competencies among university students. Nevertheless, many student organizations continue to experience challenges in organizational management, including weak planning, ineffective coordination, limited monitoring and evaluation practices, and inadequate administrative management. Similar conditions were identified within the Public Administration Student Association of Tadulako University. Therefore, a community service program was conducted to strengthen the managerial capacity of its executive members. This program aimed to improve managerial competence through organizational management and leadership training. The activity was conducted on Thursday, 7 May 2026, at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Tadulako University, involving 25 participants. The program employed a participatory learning approach consisting of interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, organizational planning simulations, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results demonstrated significant improvements in participants' understanding of managerial functions, organizational leadership, communication, work program planning, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Furthermore, the program contributed to strengthening organizational governance by encouraging more effective, participatory, and accountable management practices. These findings indicate that managerial capacity-building activities can become an effective strategy for improving the quality and sustainability of student organizations in higher education institutions.
