<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of variations in learning methods on the saturation of learning Class X students in the subjects of economics at SMAS Terpadu Wira Bhakti. The main problem in this study was triggered by the high burden of students ' daily activities in semi-military-based schools that reached 17 hours per day, thus triggering physical and mental fatigue that had an impact on the low focus of students in the classroom. This research uses ex post facto associative quantitative approach. Primary Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 74 respondents of Class X students who were selected as a sample. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the variety of learning methods to the saturation of learning Class X students in the subjects of economics at SMAS Terpadu Wira Bhakti. The value of the coefficient of determination R2 shows that the variation of learning methods contributes 35% to the saturation of student learning, while the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Through these results, it was concluded that the application of interactive method variations has a high urgency to reduce the psychological saturation of students in an activity-intensive school environment. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi metode pembelajaran terhadap kejenuhan belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAS Terpadu Wira Bhakti. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini dipicu oleh tingginya beban aktivitas harian siswa di sekolah berbasis semi-militer yang mencapai 17 jam per hari, sehingga memicu kelelahan fisik dan mental yang berdampak pada rendahnya kefokusan siswa di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif ex post facto. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 74 responden siswa kelas X yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variasi metode pembelajaran terhadap kejenuhan belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAS Terpadu Wira Bhakti. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 menunjukkan bahwa variasi metode pembelajaran berkontribusi sebesar 35% terhadap kejenuhan belajar siswa, sedangkan sisanya 65% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini. Melalui hasil ini, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan variasi metode yang interaktif memiliki urgensi tinggi untuk mereduksi kejenuhan psikologis siswa dalam lingkungan sekolah yang padat aktivitas.]]>
