This study aims to analyze the management of academic supervision in enhancing the performance of educational staff at Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata 1. Academic supervision serves as a vital managerial strategy for improving the quality of human resource performance within educational institutions. The study employs a qualitative approach, specifically a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving the madrasah principal, educational staff, and other relevant stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the management of academic supervision at MA Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata 1 is carried out in three primary phases: supervision planning, implementation, and follow-up evaluation. Planning involves the development of a systematic and scheduled supervision program. Implementation is executed through guidance, performance monitoring, and the provision of direction and motivation to the educational staff. Meanwhile, evaluation is conducted to assess the effectiveness of the program and to formulate steps for continuous improvement. The implementation of structured academic supervision has proven effective in enhancing the discipline, sense of responsibility, and performance quality of the educational staff at the madrasah. This research contributes to strengthening academic supervision management practices as a means to improve the quality of educational staff management within Islamic educational institutions.
