PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS, NET INTEREST MARGIN, DAN LOAN TO DEPOSIT RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PT BANK JAGO Tbk PERIODE 2016-2024

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Stock Prices at PT Bank Jago Tbk for the period 2016-2024, both through partial and simultaneous approaches. The research method applied is a statistical quantitative method using secondary data, while the sample in this study is sourced from annual reports and stock price data of PT Bank Jago Tbk. Data analysis techniques are applied through financial ratio analysis and hypothesis testing using t-tests and f-tests. The results of this study indicate that Return on Assets (ROA) partially does not have a significant influence on the stock price of PT Bank Jago Tbk for the period 2016-2024, the Net Interest Margin (NIM) variable partially does not have a significant influence on the stock price of PT Bank Jago Tbk for the period 2016-2024, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) partially has a significant influence on the stock price of PT Bank Jago Tbk for the period 2016-2024. Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) simultaneously have a significant influence on the stock price of PT Bank Jago Tbk for the period 2016-2024. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT Bank Jago Tbk periode 2016 – 2024, baik melalui pendekatan parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu metode kuantitatif statistik dengan menggunakan data sekunder , sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan tahunan  dan data harga saham PT Bank Jago Tbk. Teknik analisis data diaplikasikan melalui analisis rasio keuangan dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t serta uji f. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA) secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Bank Jago Tbk periode 2016 –2024, variabel Net Interest Margin (NIM) secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Bank Jago Tbk periode 2016 – 2024, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Bank Jago Tbk periode 2016 – 2024. Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham PT Bank Jago Tbk periode 2016 – 2024.
