The research method used a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of three inmates. The instrument used was the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). The ACT intervention was administered individually in six weekly sessions. The results showed that ACT was quite effective in reducing anxiety, with an N-Gain value of 68.33% (quite effective category). The aspect that experienced the most change was the physiological aspect, with a 75.47% reduction in anxiety.
