Fluctuations in raw material prices and inefficient management of operational wages in modern laying poultry farms are the background to this research. These macro issues trigger financial uncertainty and periodically suppress the economic productivity of local farmers. The main focus of this scientific study is to analyze the determinants of feed prices and labor costs on the escalation of quail egg business revenue in Tulungagung Regency. The steps of this quantitative, descriptive causality research were operated through saturated sampling of 20 business actors. Primary field data collection was collected through a structured questionnaire, which was then analyzed using variance-based structural equation modeling through the Partial Least Square approach assisted by SmartPLS software. Quantitative data from the empirical evaluation of the structural model shows that the feed price variable has a significant positive effect with a parameter coefficient of 0.447 and a t-statistic value of 2.242. In line with this, labor costs also have a significant positive impact with a parameter coefficient of 0.525 and a t-statistic of 2.803. The simultaneous analysis yielded an R-square value of 0.900, indicating a strong contribution of 90 percent to the endogenous variables from both exogenous variables. The main conclusion confirms that integrated production cost control has proven highly reliable in boosting farmer profitability comprehensively and sustainably. Poultry business owners are recommended to draft efficient resource allocation strategies to minimize the risk of operational losses.
