ABSTRAK Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM), khususnya hipertensi dan penyakit jantung koroner (PJK), merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di Indonesia serta menunjukkan tren peningkatan di masyarakat. Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Managaisaki, angka kejadian PTM masih tergolong tinggi, kasus hipertensi tahun 2024 sebanyak 3.339 dan tahun 2025 sebanyak 2.293. Kondisi ini memerlukan upaya strategis melalui skrining dini sebagai langkah deteksi awal PTM khususnya hipertensi dan PJK. Salah satu strategi efektif dalam pelaksanaan skrining adalah pemberdayaan kader kesehatan. Kader sebagai bagian dari komunitas memiliki peran strategis dalam menjembatani layanan kesehatan formal dengan masyarakat, terutama di tingkat RT/RW, dusun, dan desa. Kedekatan kader dengan masyarakat menjadikan mereka aktor utama dalam edukasi kesehatan, pelaksanaan skrining sederhana, serta promosi perilaku hidup sehat. Tujuan PkM ini yaitu: 1)Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dan masyarakat tentang PTM; 2)Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kader kesehatan dalam melakukan skrining penyakit hipertensi dan PJK; 3)Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kader kesehatan dalam melakukan pengukuran antropometri sebagai bagian dari skrining PJK; 4)Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kader kesehatan dalam melakukan skrining Hipertensi dan PJK. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada 20 kader posyandu yang tersebar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Managaisaki. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan serta observasi keterampilan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan responden rata rata dari 40 Menjadi 90. Dan seluruh kader kesehatan mampumelakukan screening skrining hipertensi dan PJK kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabmas ini berhasil mencapai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader kesehatan tentang screening hipertensi, pengukuran antropometri dan screening factor resiko PJK Kata Kunci: Kader Kesehatan, Screening, Hipertensi, PJK. ABSTRACT Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), particularly hypertension and coronary heart disease (CHD), are the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in Indonesia and are on the rise in the general population. In the service area of the Managaisaki Community Health Center (Puskesmas), the incidence of NCDs remains relatively high, with 3,339 cases of hypertension in 2024 and 2,293 cases in 2025. This situation requires strategic efforts through early screening as a step toward the early detection of NCDs, particularly hypertension and CHD. One effective strategy in implementing screening is the empowerment of community health workers. As members of the community, health cadres play a strategic role in bridging the gap between formal health services and the public, particularly at the RT/RW, hamlet, and village levels. Their close ties to the community make them key actors in health education, conducting simple screenings, and promoting healthy lifestyles. The objectives of this Community Service Program (PkM) are: 1) To increase the knowledge of health cadres and the community regarding NCDs; 2) To improve the skills of health cadres in screening for hypertension and CHD; 3) To improve the skills of health cadres in performing anthropometric measurements as part of CHD screening; 4) To improve the skills of health cadres in conducting screening for hypertension and CHD. The methods used included health education and training for 20 Posyandu cadres spread across the Managaisaki Community Health Center’s service area. This community outreach activity successfully achieved its objective of improving the capacity of health cadres regarding hypertension screening, anthropometric measurements, and screening for CHD risk factors.
