This study aims to (1) analyze the need for diorama media for watershed ecosystem material, (2) design diorama media for watershed ecosystem material, (3) develop diorama media for watershed ecosystem material, (4) implement diorama media for watershed ecosystem material, (5) evaluate diorama media for watershed ecosystem material in local content learning for grade V. This study is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. This study uses five stages, (1) Analysis stage (2) Design stage (3) Development stage (4) Implementation stage and (5) Evaluation stage. The subjects of this study were 2 validators and students. The instruments in this study were interview sheets and validation questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the diorama media for watershed ecosystem material based on the assessment of material experts was in the very appropriate category with a percentage of 95%. The assessment of media experts was in the very appropriate category with a percentage of 97.5%. The student response questionnaire was in the very appropriate category with a percentage of 92%. The teacher response questionnaire was in the very appropriate category with a percentage of 95.4%. Overall, the validation from material experts, media experts and student and teacher responses was an average of 94.9% with a very suitable category, so it can be concluded that the diorama media on watershed ecosystem material for local content subjects is very suitable for use as a learning medium for class V of SDN 1 Limboto.
