This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Work Performance at the Human Resources Development Agency Office of Binjai City. In this study, a saturated sample technique was used with a total population of 45 employees. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire instrument. The analysis methods used are t-test, f-test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the t-test indicate that motivation has a significant influence on work performance with a calculated t value > t table and a calculated sig value < sig table (2.915 > 2.01537) and (0.006 < 0.05). Work discipline has a significant influence on work performance with a calculated t value > t table and a calculated sig value < sig table (2.670 > 2.01537) and (0.011 < 0.05). The f-test results show that motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence work performance, with the calculated f value > f table and the calculated sig < sig table (16.688 > 3.22) and (0.00 < 0.05). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate a positive influence of motivation and work discipline on work performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a value of Y = 4.184 + 0.391X1 + 0.431X2 + 0. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.443 indicates that the independent variable has a 44.3% influence, while the remaining 55.7% is influenced by other factors.
