<![CDATA[Digital transformation has reshaped the paradigm of managing educational institutions, particularly in the area of administration. This study aims to examine how information technology can echance the efficiency of educational administration in the digital era. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research and descriptive-analytical methods by reviewing various academic literature, educational policies, and the implementation of educational management information systems. The findings indicate that the utilization of information technology through Academic Management Information Systems, document digitalization, and integrated academic data systems can improve time efficiency, data accuracy, managerial transparency, and support data driven decision making. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, inadequate human resource competence, resistance to change, and data security issues remain obstacles to implementation. Therefore, strategic policies, the strengthening of digital literacy among educational staff, and standardized information security systems are required to optimize the utilization of information technology in educational administration.]]>
