<![CDATA[This study aims to develop the KODIKAYA (Indonesian Culture-Rich Digital Comics) learning medium for the IPAS subject in fourth grade. The background of this study is the still low use of innovative and interactive learning media in the IPAS subject in the fourth grade at SDN Jururejo 2. A teacher-dominated learning environment causes students to participate less actively, become easily bored, and experience difficulty understanding the Indonesian Culture-Rich material. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The research subjects are the 20 fourth-grade students at SDN Jururejo 2. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, validation questionnaires from subject matter experts, media experts, and language experts, as well as response questionnaires used to obtain feedback from teachers and students. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques with a Likert scale. Based on the research, it was found that the KODIKAYA learning medium is characterized as a digital comic medium that integrates visual elements, storytelling, and the “Indonesia Kaya Budaya” curriculum into the IPAS subject. This medium is presented in an engaging, communicative, and student-friendly manner. Based on the results of the content expert validation, a percentage of 94.4% was obtained, while the media expert validation yielded 82.5% and the language expert validation yielded 81.3%, all categorized as highly valid. Meanwhile, teacher feedback yielded a percentage of 89.1% and student feedback 82.6%, both categorized as highly suitable. The KODIKAYA learning media is capable of fostering students’ interest, motivation, and engagement in IPAS learning. Thus, the KODIKAYA learning media is deemed suitable as a learning medium for the IPAS subject in fourth-grade elementary school.]]>
