This study aims to analyze the relevance of the learning approach found in the *Al-'Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk* textbook to the learning characteristics of Generation Z. The research employs a library research method, utilizing *Al-'Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk* as the primary data source and various relevant books and scholarly articles as secondary sources. Data were collected through document analysis and examined using content analysis techniques to identify the characteristics of the textbook's learning approach and their alignment with the traits of Generation Z. The findings indicate that *Al-'Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk* employs a communicative approach that integrates the four language skills, presents material contextually, utilizes audiovisual media, and offers diverse learning activities. These characteristics align with the learning style of Generation Z, who tend to favor interactive, collaborative, contextual, and experience-based learning. However, there remain limitations—particularly regarding digitalization, interactivity, gamification, and material presentation—that do not yet fully accommodate the needs of learners in the digital era. Therefore, integrating digital technology, implementing blended learning, and developing interactive learning media are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of using this textbook for teaching Arabic to Generation Z.
