<![CDATA[Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Minhajurrosyidin East Jakarta is an Islamic formal education institution under the Ministry of Religious Affairs that integrates the pesantren system with formal education and is oriented toward Tafaqquh Fi Al-din. Classical Islamic texts, commonly referred to as kitab kuning, serve as the primary learning reference. This study aims to analyze the implementation of bandongan and sorogan methods in kitab kuning learning using the six variables of policy implementation proposed by Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn (1975). This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through classroom observation, interviews with kitab kuning teachers and institutional leaders, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation is in a developmental stage: the methods have been conducted regularly, while learning support systems, teacher training, and evaluation standards still require further strengthening]]>
