<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study analyzes the position of the Kaharingan teachings as an integral part of Hinduism and their relevance to spiritual values-based educational management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and a literature review of the Maneser Panatau Tatu Hiang, the Panaturan Scriptures, and contemporary Hindu academic literature, this study reveals that Kaharingan has conceptual alignment with Hindu teachings, particularly in its understanding of the One Supreme God (Ranying Hatalla Langit), which parallels the concept of Brahman. Local wisdom values such as the balance of nature, work ethic, and social responsibility within the Kaharingan teachings can be integrated into Hindu educational management to build holistic spiritual leadership. The analysis shows that Kaharingan values-based educational management can strengthen the character, organizational culture, and spirituality of students and educators. Thus, the synergy between Kaharingan values and modern educational management principles can serve as a model for educational development rooted in local spirituality yet relevant to global needs.
