<![CDATA[This study aims to understand the role of Dengar Tepi Kota in supporting the creative music process of Sendratasik students at Padang State University. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The main instrument in the study is the researchers themselves, supported by tools like stationery, a mobile phone, and a camera. Data collection is done through literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation to test data validity. Research results show that Dengar Tepi Kota, as an output of the Gamad Music course, plays an important role as a platform for learning, creative development, and the preservation of Gamad Music for students of the Sendratasik Study Program at Universitas Negeri Padang. Its continuity from volume 1 to volume 4 shows that this activity is not only a medium to present learning outcomes but also a spark for creativity for the next generation of students to develop arrangements, performance concepts, and presentation innovations without losing the characteristics of Gamad Music. Therefore, Dengar Tepi Kota can bridge the learning process with performance practice and encourage students to keep creating creatively while still grounded in the traditional values of Gamad Music.]]>
