<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the Asakota District Office, Bima City. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of 41 employees, all of whom were selected as research samples using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results revealed that work motivation had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 0.493 and a significance level of 0.625. In contrast, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.758 and a significance level of 0.001. Simultaneously, work motivation and organizational commitment significantly influenced employee job satisfaction, as indicated by an F-value of 17.833 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination of 48.4% indicates that employee job satisfaction can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
