PENGARUH PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM ASISTENSI MENGAJAR JURUSAN PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI GORONTALO

The implementation of the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) policy through the School Teaching Assistance Program faces challenges regarding students' adaptation readiness in partner schools. This study aimed to analyze the effect of students' perceptions on the implementation of the School Teaching Assistance Program (Batch 8) among Economic Education students, Class of 2022, at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This associative quantitative study involved 66 respondents selected through purposive sampling from a population of 192 students. Data were collected via structured Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression in SPSS version 29. The results revealed that students' perceptions had a positive and significant effect on program implementation (t_"calculated" =21.171; p=0.001). The coefficient of determination (R^2) of 0.875 indicates that students' perceptions contributed 87.5% to program implementation. The novelty of this study confirms that positive perceptions among vocational education students serve as the primary determinant in accelerating teaching readiness. ABSTRAK Implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) melalui Program Asistensi Mengajar menghadapi tantangan kesiapan adaptasi mahasiswa di sekolah mitra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa terhadap implementasi Program Asistensi Mengajar di Sekolah Batch 8 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2022 Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif ini melibatkan 66 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dari populasi 192 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur berskala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana berbasis SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi program (t_"hitung" =21,171; p=0,001). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0,875 mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa berkontribusi sebesar 87,5% terhadap keberhasilan implementasi program, sedangkan 12,5% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor luar. Kebaruan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi positif mahasiswa kejuruan merupakan determinan utama dalam mempercepat kesiapan mengajar di sekolah.
