This study aims to evaluate the Putri Mataram women’s soccer development program based on the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The evaluation was conducted to determine the extent to which the program’s objectives have been achieved, as well as to provide a foundation for future strategic development. This study is an evaluative study using a mixed-methods approach. The study participants consisted of 6 administrators, 4 coaches, and 20 athletes. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results indicate that, overall, the development program falls into the “good” category. The context dimension was rated as “good” by administrators and coaches. The input dimension was also rated as “good” by all respondents. The process dimension was rated as “good” by administrators and athletes, and as “very good” by coaches. The product dimension was rated as “good” to “very good” by all respondents. Cumulatively, 100% of respondents stated that the training program was effective in improving the athletes’ technical and physical qualities. Thus, the Putri Mataram training program was deemed successful and aligned with the athletes’ development needs, although there are still several aspects that need improvement, particularly regarding facilities and funding.
