This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee loyalty in the cleaning service at the Guest House of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Medan. The method used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 35 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 20. The results of the study indicate that the work-life balance variable has a partial significant effect on loyalty. This is evidenced by the value: Thitung 3.589 and personal life 6.259, both of which are greater than Ttabel 1.693. Simultaneously, both also have a significant effect on employee loyalty with Fhitung 28.075> Ftabel 3.295 The coefficient of determination (R) of 0.637 indicates that 63.7% of employee loyalty variance is explained by the two independent variables of work-life balance, while 36.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study.
