Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dampak dari manajemen talenta, kompensasi kerja, dan kondisi lingkungan terhadap produktivitas para karyawan di PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk. Ruang lingkup dari studi ini mencakup aspek-aspek kompensasi kerja, serta dinamika lingkungan kerja yang memengaruhi prestasi individu di PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk. Pertanyaan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap apakah variabel-variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan di perusahaan ini. Hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel (X) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap variabel (Y). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sensus sampling, melibatkan 40 individu sebagai sampel. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, pendekatan kombinasi antara penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan diimplementasikan. Untuk analisis data, metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan regresi linear berganda, didukung oleh program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) V23. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel (X) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap variabel (Y). Faktor etika kerja memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap produktivitas karyawan (nilai-t 1,401, signifikansi < 0,05). Penghargaan atas pekerjaan juga memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan (nilai-t 0,3540, signifikansi < 0,05). Begitu juga, lingkungan kerja juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan (nilai-t 0,3670, signifikansi < 0,05). Hasil uji F menunjukkan angka F sebesar 82,89, melebihi nilai kritis F-tabel 2,87. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,975 mengindikasikan bahwa variabel (X) menjelaskan sekitar 97,5% variasi pada variabel (Y). Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel independen (X) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Melalui temuan ini, peneliti merekomendasikan agar manajemen perusahaan melakukan evaluasi ulang terhadap sistem penghargaan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik karyawan serta elemen-elemen non-moneter, sebagai langkah untuk meningkatkan motivasi produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Medan Branch. The research method used is quantitative, using survey techniques to distribute questionnaires to company employees. The research sample was taken randomly with a total of 143 employees, and the data was analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between job satisfaction variables and employee performance. The research results show that job satisfaction positively and significantly influences employee performance. The higher the job satisfaction employees feel, the better the resulting performance. These findings indicate that company management needs to pay attention to factors that influence job satisfaction, such as compensation, work environment, and career development, to increase employee productivity and loyalty. This research also provides implications for companies to focus more on policies that support balance between employees' work and personal lives to increase their satisfaction and performance. Suggestions for further research are to expand the variables studied and use the mixed method to gain a deeper understanding of other factors that influence employee performance.

Abstract

Since the early 1990s, Islamic finance in Indonesia has witnessed remarkable expansion, marked by advancements in the banking sector, non-bank financial institutions, and capital markets. This article seeks to elucidate the evolution of Islamic finance in Indonesia, encompassing Islamic banking, Islamic insurance, Islamic financing entities, and the Islamic capital market. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges and opportunities that the Islamic finance sector encounters in Indonesia. The findings of this research indicate that Islamic finance possesses significant potential to emerge as a fundamental component of the national financial system.

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship arises from a person's desire to start a new business. One of the driving factors for a person to become an entrepreneur is attitude. Entrepreneurship refers to the traits, character, and attributes possessed by individuals who have a strong drive to create innovative and creative ideas in every activity that produces results. This study aims to examine the effect of Entrepreneurial Attitudes and Needs Motivation on Student Entrepreneurial Interst in Langlangbuana University Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Class of 2020-2021. Using a method, the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique with the Slovin formula of 75 students using descriptive and verification methods. Data analysis was carried out using Method of Succesive Interval (MSI) and Path Analysis assisted by the SPSS Program, as well as Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the Entrepreneurial Attitude variable was good enough towards good, Motivation Needs were good enough towards good, and Entrepreneurial Interest was also considered goof enough towards good. Verification analysis shows that Entrepreneurial Attitude has an influence on Entrepreneurial Interest, Needs Motivation affects Student Entrepreneurial Interest of Langlangbuana University Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Class of 2020-2021.

Abstract

MSME actors in Sei Rejo Village face infrastructure limitations, low access to digital training, and a lack of guidance, which result in inadequate levels of digital literacy. These challenges prompted the service team to carry out a community engagement activity for MSMEs in Sei Rejo Village, Sei Rampah Sub-district, Serdang Bedagai Regency, to promote awareness of digital literacy and data security. The activity was conducted in the form of a socialization session aimed at improving entrepreneurs’ understanding of the importance of digital literacy and data protection. The session was attended by 20 participants. This community engagement was implemented using a participatory approach through socialization, training, and mentoring methods. The stages of the activity included preparation, implementation, and assistance. This initiative had a positive impact on MSME actors in Sei Rejo Village. The training not only provided conceptual understanding but also practical skills, such as the use of social media for promotion, utilization of cashier applications and digital wallets, and techniques for personal data protection. It also broadened participants' insights on the importance of building consumer trust through secure and professional information management.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of talent development and employee welfare on organizational excellence in the context of human resource management in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used with the partial least squares structural equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method using SmartPLS software. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to employees from various industrial sectors. The results of the analysis show that both talent development and employee welfare have positive and significant influences on organizational excellence, with coefficients of 0.421 and 0.367, respectively. Simultaneously, the two independent variables explained 64.2% of the variability in organizational excellence (R² = 0.642). This finding confirms that an effective HR management strategy must integrate employee competency development with improved work welfare to create a sustainable competitive advantage. This study’s managerial implications recommend the formulation of holistic, data-based, and long-term development-oriented HR policies

Abstract

Background: Urban environments such as Medan City, which recorded 895 fire cases from 2020 to 2023. The main causes of fires include a lack of public understanding of how to extinguish fires and a lack of availability and knowledge of the use of fire extinguishers such as APAR. The purpose of this activity is to provide comprehensive insight and understanding of fires, including fire prevention, handling, and evacuation, the importance of training and education on fire protection, especially in the workplace and residential areas, to minimize the risk of fire and the resulting losses. Method: The activity was carried out at PT. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk with 25 participants and the methods used were education by conducting presentations, simulations and training on emergency response education and fire disaster risks. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and evaluation after the training, including an assessment of participants' understanding of the material presented in one meeting consisting of two sessions, namely the first session for 4 hours and the second session lasting 3 hours 45 minutes. Results: Increased knowledge and increased practical skills, namely the use of fire extinguishing equipment including types of fire extinguishers, procedures for using fire extinguishers, understanding of flammable and non-flammable materials and quick response in seeing fire conditions and emergencies by knowing the evacuation layout. Conclusion: The activities carried out have achieved the set targets, with a good level of achievement in increasing community preparedness against fire risks.

Abstract

Edukasi seksual untuk anak dan remaja merupakan langkah penting dalam membekali mereka dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk melindungi diri dari risiko predator seksual. Pemahaman yang tepat tentang batasan tubuh, identifikasi perilaku yang tidak pantas, serta cara melaporkan kejadian yang mencurigakan, menjadi fondasi untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan rasa percaya diri. Dengan memberikan edukasi seksual yang holistik dan berbasis pada pemahaman yang tepat, diharapkan anak dan remaja dapat memiliki keterampilan untuk menghadapi dan menghindari potensi bahaya dari predator seksual, sekaligus menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan sehat bagi mereka. Pendidikan yang berbasis pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis ini tidak hanya membantu anak dan remaja dalam mengidentifikasi potensi ancaman tetapi juga memperkuat daya tahan mental mereka terhadap tekanan atau manipulasi yang mungkin mereka hadapi. Pemberdayaan anak dan remaja melalui edukasi seksual yang komprehensif berperan penting dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih aman, mendukung perkembangan individu, serta mengurangi angka kejahatan seksual yang sering kali terjadi pada korban yang tidak siap atau kurang memiliki informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic leadership on faculty performance at the Faculty of Business and Humanities, Tjut Nyak Dhien University, from the perspective of organizational management. Academic leadership is considered a strategic factor that not only determines the direction of institutional policies but also plays a crucial role in shaping organizational culture, motivation, and overall effectiveness. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey technique, in which questionnaires were distributed to permanent lecturers and subsequently analyzed through multiple linear regression models. The findings reveal that academic leadership has a positive and significant effect on faculty performance, encompassing teaching, research, and community service. These results highlight that participative, visionary, and communicative leadership styles can enhance individual performance while simultaneously strengthening organizational capacity. The implications of this study underscore the importance of implementing organizational management practices grounded in academic leadership, oriented toward human resource development, to improve institutional competitiveness amid the dynamics of higher education.
