This study aims to develop 3D flashcards for the Cultural Heritage of My Region topic in fifth-grade science lessons as an active learning medium and to determine their effectiveness and feasibility in improving students’ ability to recognize the material. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages, and evaluation stages, and employed both qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis approaches. The subjects 28 fifth-grade students as Peterongan School, Semarang. Validation feasible, with scores from media experts of 86.155, material experts of 84, teacher questionnaire responses of 85.88, and student questionnaire responses of 90.29. Pretest and posttest results also showed an increase from 50.07 to 91.43, thus declaring 3D Flashcards effective for use in science lessons.
