This study employed a quasi-experimental method using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The samples were selected using cluster sampling technique. The research samples consisted of class XI MIPA 1 (experimental class using Monopoly media) and class XI MIPA 2 (experimental class using Snakes and Ladders media). In learning acid-base material, the Monopoly experimental class was taught using Monopoly media, while the Snakes and Ladders experimental class was taught using Snakes and Ladders media. The research instrument used was a multiple-choice test consisting of 10 items. Data analysis techniques included the Shapiro-Wilk Test for normality testing and Analysis of Variance for homogeneity testing. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was conducted using MANOVA, while the improvement in learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain test. The results showed that the improvement in learning outcomes of the experimental class using Monopoly media was higher than that of the experimental class using Snakes and Ladders media. Meanwhile, the MANOVA test result was 0.01 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there were differences between Monopoly and Snakes and Ladders media in chemistry learning toward conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and collaboration skills.
