<![CDATA[This study aims to comprehensively determine the effect of providing Reinforcement on student learning motivation at the Khidmah Ngaji Online Course Educational Institution. Motivation is a crucial factor in Online learning, which often faces challenges such as limited direct interaction, psychological distance, and high student distraction levels, especially among young learners. The research employs a quantitative method with a causal-associative approach to rigorously test these variables. Data collection was carried out through an online questionnaire distributed to active students in the country. The instrument's validity and reliability were tested and confirmed, showing a robust Cronbach's Alpha of 0.794, well above the 0.60 threshold. Prerequisite statistical tests, including normality (Sig. 0.200 > 0.05) and linearity (Deviation from linearity 0.333 > 0.05), were successfully met. The results of the simple linear regression analysis revealed a significant and positive effect of Reinforcement on learning motivation, with a profound significance value of <0.001 (< 0.05) and a t-count of 7.705 which surpasses the t-table. The resulting regression equation Y = 1.078 + 0.972X indicates that higher intensity and quality of Reinforcement consistently improve students' intrinsic motivation. It is concluded that educators must actively implement verbal and non-verbal Reinforcement strategies aligning with the Islamic concepts of Tsawab and appreciative education to maintain student engagement, reduce fatigue, and foster a dynamic Online learning environment.]]>
