Abstract

The study aims to investigate the role of parents in supporting a child's preparation for primary school. The study uses a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out through observations and interviews as well as documentation studies of 50 parents living in the city of Bekasi. Data analysis in this study was carried out using Miles and Huberman's approach. The findings of this study suggest that parents play a role in preparing the child's physical factors such as health, hygiene and balance before entering primary school. Parents also play a role in providing cognitive support so that the child is ready to solve problems that will be encountered on a daily basis. In terms of language, parents have a role to play in providing a language rich environment, providing opportunities to speak and listen appropriately and involving children in activities that support language development. Emotional readiness includes the child's ability to manage their own emotions, have intrinsic motivation and be able to cope with stress or anxiety. It is important to remember that a child's readiness to learn can vary greatly from individual to individual. Each child has a different rate of development and may require appropriate approaches to facilitate their readiness to learn.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan proses dan hasil pembelajaran anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Mutiara Bangsa Kabupaten Bekasi melalui media Celemek Pintar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir logis dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 12 siswa dikelas B TK Mutiara Bangsa Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang meliputi tindakan, perencanaan, pengamatan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan siklus I enam kali pertemuan dan siklus II empat kali pertemuan. Dalam kedia siklus ini, analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan dengan melihat data dari hasil catatan observasi, catatan wawancara dan catatan dokumentasi. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dari pra tindakan, siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Logis dibuktikan dengan data yang diperoleh pada saat pra tindakan persentasenya mencapai 30,60% dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 21,22% sehingga di siklus I mendapatkan skor sebesar 51,82% dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi sebesar 28,75% dengan hasil 80,57%

Abstract

The strategy to strengthen the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers in facing the Society 5.0 era at SMA Islam Al Azhar 17 Galuh Mas Karawang is of utmost importance where education today has advanced significantly in line with the times. As agents of change, teachers must possess sufficient competence to face the challenges of the times in order to educate students in accordance with their era. This study is a field research using a qualitative approach involving the school principal as the quality management implementer and Islamic Education teachers as policy implementers. In this study, the researcher conducted observations and interviews with the school principal and Islamic Education teachers, and documented supporting data for the research. The challenges faced by Islamic Education teachers in facing the Society 5.0 era at SMA Islam Al Azhar 17 Galuh Mas Karawang include the need for teachers to instill character in students, impart the importance of seeking knowledge, address adolescent delinquency, develop personal skills and scholarly competence, adeptly conduct teaching and learning processes, create students who are proficient in communication, critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity. Competencies that teachers need to possess to confront the Society 5.0 era include pedagogical, personal, social, professional, spiritual, and leadership competencies. The school strives to enhance the professional competencies of Islamic Education teachers by providing supportive facilities, organizing various training or mentoring sessions to empower the roles of Teacher Working Groups (KKG) and Subject Area Teacher Professional Development Groups (MGMP), improving career systems and rewards, facilitating continuous professional development opportunities for teachers, and conducting benchmarking studies.
