Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of educators in instilling anti-corruption values ​​in high school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with a focus on literature study. Data collection in this study was carried out with books, journals, articles and sources of data or information relevant to the topic of the problem being studied. The data analysis technique includes three stages: data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verifying. The results of this study indicate that the role of educators in instilling anti-corruption values ​​in schools can be applied with four approach models, namely: 1) Combination model with curriculum, 2) Model through extracurricular activities, 3) Value habituation model in all student activities, 4 ) Combined models. This approach also supports students in increasing new knowledge so that learning can be effective and efficient and can strengthen the character of students.

Abstract

Corruption is a crime that often occurs in almost all institutions. In this study a case study of junior high schools, crimes like this can be prevented by having a leader who has a visionary nature, because it can provide crime prevention in the scope of education, especially junior high schools, because this pattern is able to give meaning to the work and effort that is done. needs to be carried out jointly by members of the organization by giving direction and meaning to the work and efforts carried out based on a clear vision. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with a focus on literature study. The role of the principal who has a visionary leadership style model in preventing corruption can be done by applying various types of strategies, namely: preventive strategies, detective strategies, and repressive strategies.

Abstract

This research refers to the management of computer laboratories in supporting the learning process. Computer laboratory management can support the learning process of students for the better. On that basis, there are tasks and management of computer laboratories as stated in the Decree of the Minister of National Education Number 40 of 2008 concerning Standards for Facilities and Infrastructure of SMK/MAK containing minimum standards for Labkom Room: (1) minimum area of ​​computer room; (2) the minimum ratio of students; (3) the capacity of the computer room; (4) the area of ​​storage space and infrastructure; (5) computer room furniture; (6) educational equipment; (7) educational media in the laboratory room; and (8) other supporters in the laboratory room. Abstract

The strategy to strengthen the professional competence of Islamic Education teachers in facing the Society 5.0 era at SMA Islam Al Azhar 17 Galuh Mas Karawang is of utmost importance where education today has advanced significantly in line with the times. As agents of change, teachers must possess sufficient competence to face the challenges of the times in order to educate students in accordance with their era. This study is a field research using a qualitative approach involving the school principal as the quality management implementer and Islamic Education teachers as policy implementers. In this study, the researcher conducted observations and interviews with the school principal and Islamic Education teachers, and documented supporting data for the research. The challenges faced by Islamic Education teachers in facing the Society 5.0 era at SMA Islam Al Azhar 17 Galuh Mas Karawang include the need for teachers to instill character in students, impart the importance of seeking knowledge, address adolescent delinquency, develop personal skills and scholarly competence, adeptly conduct teaching and learning processes, create students who are proficient in communication, critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity. Competencies that teachers need to possess to confront the Society 5.0 era include pedagogical, personal, social, professional, spiritual, and leadership competencies. The school strives to enhance the professional competencies of Islamic Education teachers by providing supportive facilities, organizing various training or mentoring sessions to empower the roles of Teacher Working Groups (KKG) and Subject Area Teacher Professional Development Groups (MGMP), improving career systems and rewards, facilitating continuous professional development opportunities for teachers, and conducting benchmarking studies.
