This study aims to describe communication and negotiation strategies between schools and parents based on local wisdom to support early childhood development. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The study subjects consisted of principals, teachers, and parents at the Noor Latifah Kindergarten (PAUD) Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institution. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the communication strategies implemented include open communication, empathetic interpersonal communication, the use of easily accessible communication media, and parental involvement in various school activities. Meanwhile, negotiation strategies are carried out through deliberation, participatory dialogue, and collective decision-making that prioritizes local wisdom values. This study found that communication and negotiation strategies based on local wisdom are an important approach in building effective partnerships between schools and parents in early childhood education. The integration of local wisdom values into communication and negotiation is an effective approach in strengthening collaboration between schools and parents.
