Abstract

Curriculum implementation is an application of concepts in the form of curriculum documents into learning process. This study aims to identify and describe the management curriculum, evaluation, and other factors that affect the implementation of Islamic Aqeedah based curriculum. This research uses qualitative approach. The object of is Islamic Aqeedah based curriculum and the subjects are teachers and students used triangulation data with cross-site data analysis. The results of the study show that learning is designed by making curriculum guidelines, academic calendars, determining themes, learning schedules and daily activity. Organization is implemented by making organizational structure and daily task distribution. Learning implementation uses discovery learning which is called by 'talqiyyan fikriyyan' method by integrating all knowledges into Islamic Aqeedah. The form of controllings are supervision. Learning evaluation uses connecting books or diaries. The factors that influence the implementation of the curriculum are teachers, parents, students, environment and government.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of parenting and child position on family attachment to the independence of children in the Palangka Raya sun group TK B group Jekan Raya sub-district, Palangkaraya city. The approach of this research uses quantitative with expalatory method, namely causation. The population of this study amounted to 118 with proportional sampling techniques with a sample of 92 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire, data analysis using regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that path analysis showed that the results of the level of contribution from the path analysis from the direct relationship of parenting through family attachment to independence was found to be the level of the indirect relationship is 0.247 x 0.928 = 0.229, the indirect relationship is a positive indirect relationship of parenting old through family attachment to independence is 0.229. This means that there is an indirect relationship between parenting through family attachment to independence in the Palangka Raya sun group TK B group, Jekan Raya sub-district, Palangkaraya city. The results of r square analysis show that 0.875 = 87.5% gives the effect of family attachment to children's independence. The results of the path analysis from the direct relationship of parenting through family attachment to independence with Standardized Coefficients beta amounted to 0.304 and 0.929, it can be seen the level of indirect relationship is 0.304 x 0.929 = 0.229 then the indirect relationship is a positive indirect relationship pattern Parental care through family attachment to independence is 0.229. The results of r square analysis show that 0.886 = 88.6% gives the influence of the position of the child through family attachment to the independence of the child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze: (1) the effect of the principal?s academic supervision on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN  at Banjarmasin; (2) the influence of school culture on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin; and (3) there is the effect of principals? academic supervision and schoo culture simultaneously on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The study population was MAN Teachers in Banjarmasin as many as 109 teachers, as well as being used as research samples (total samples). Data was collected using a questionnaire; validity was tested using item-total correlation techniques and reliability tested using the apha formula from Cronbach. Hypothesis testing uses simple and multiple regression. The  results of the analysis conclude that: (1) there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of t count> t table (7.826> 1.982), (2) there is an influence of school?s culture on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of t count> t table (6.428> 1.982), and (3) there is a simultaneous effect of principals' academic supervision and school?s culture on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of f count > f table (10.416> 3.082). Based on those results, the headmaster is recommended to continue academic supervision to the teachers they lead and maintain the school culture in order to make the school atmospher is conducive so that the quality of teaching teachers are increased.

social environmental factors that contribute to Interpersonal Intelligence that will influence Emotional Intelligence and the performance of the teacher itself In carrying out its duties, the teacher is always faced with a variety of problems, both related to the main task as an educator which is continuing and developing life values, as well as a teacher that is continuing and developing science and technology, also the teacher as a trainer namely, developing skills the students, on the quality of teacher performance, one of them is reflected in the results of the first stage of the 2018 Teacher Competency Test data from the Banjarmasin City Education Office, of 142 teachers of the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Banjarmasin city, obtained an overall average value of 39.22. This is to find out the relationship between Interpersonal Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence with performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers of State in Banjarmasin City.The type of research used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The conclusion of this study is the variable Interpersonal Intelligence of Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in the city of Banjarmasin has a high category, as well as the performance variable of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Banjarmasin City. The analysis of the results of the study states that the relationship between Interpersonal Intelligence and teacher performance variables of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Banjarmasin City is significant, with very strong categories, Emotional intelligence variables of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri teachers in Banjarmasin City have high categories. Analysis of the results of the study states that the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and the performance of teachers of Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Banjarmasin City is significant, with a very strong category, Variables Interpersonal Intelligence and Emotional intelligence have a significant relationship with the performance of teachers of Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Banjarmasin City, with a very strong category .Suggestions put forward are as follows: For Schools, it is expected to increase the availability of school facilities and infrastructure, especially facilities for teachers in the implementation of the learning process and Teachers, are expected to improve their performance by building maximum Interpersonal intelligence and proper management of Emotional Intelligence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence: income level, level of education with parenting, income level, education level with children's social behavior, parenting parents with children's social behavior, income level, level of education with children's social behavior through parenting old. Descriptive quantitative research methods and path analysis. The sample of the study was 257 children 5-6 years in 11 TK Sambas District, West Kalimantan, cluster sampling was chosen using the Slovin formula from a population of 684 children in the Kindergarten of Sambas District, West Kalimantan. Data collection uses questionnaires, documentation and observation. The results showed that income levels influence parenting style, education level influences parents' parenting style, income level influences children's social behavior, education level influences children's social behavior, parenting parents influence children's social behavior, parenting parents are an intermediary influence the level of income on children's social behavior and level of education on children's social behavior.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. Abstract

This study aims to plan and evaluate the implementation of character values. It was carried out in Santa Angela Banjarmasin and Sanjaya Banjarbaru Junior High Schools using the qualitative, empirical, and multi-site design approaches. Furthermore, the research subjects comprise of principal, vice-principals, teachers, students, committees, and the school Foundation. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.  Analysis of the data collected was conducted through reduction, conclusion, presentation, and verification. The results of the study, therefore, aimed at the implementation of character values to students through planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. These stages are appropriately carried out in school management, implemented in its curriculum, with results developed into character values.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of learning in kindergarten students. It is a qualitative and multi-site study with data obtained from Mawaddah and Sabilal Muhtadin Integrated Islamic Kindergarten. Research results show that planning Weekly Learning Implementation Plan and Daily Learning Implementation Plan with an academic calendar organized following the Education Office, based on teacher expertise and distributing Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, students were grouped according to their habits, age, observation results, and the stage of development for one year. At the implementation stage, teachers were supervised, with learning taught according to the daily learning implementation plan, to meet children's needs and following the themes raised by the daily learning implementation plan. Evaluating the results of child development, with questions asked on the right learning material taught every month, with follow-up improvement to deal with children with special.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication to teacher performance through teacher job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. A sample of 194 people from 377 teachers spread across 13 high schools in Banjarmasin. Data were extracted using a questionnaire that has been valid and reliable and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) There was a direct contribution between emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, job satisfaction, and teacher performance (2) There was an indirect contribution between emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication through job satisfaction as an intermediary variable on the performance of teachers at the SMAN Banjarmasin City. This study concludes that significant results are obtained for all variables studied.

Abstract

Teachers are the most important and dominant factor in education because they are educational servants who have a direct relationship with the students and also members of the school organization. Thus, the school principal`s role, conducive school environment, and teacher commitment should be maintained so that the job satisfaction of the teacher is fulfilled. This study aims to analyze the role of a principal, concerning leadership style, the provision of a conducive school environment, and ensuring teachers? commitment, to attain learning satisfaction in public elementary schools. This research was conducted in Tapin Utara District, with a sample of Ninety elementary school teachers selected at random. The analytical method used is the analysis method using the IBM SPSS 20. the results show that there is a direct and indirect relationship between instructional leadership, organizational climate, teacher commitment, and job satisfaction. the principal's leadership is the basis for the job satisfaction achievement for both teachers and staff in the organization, directly and through the organizational climate created and the commitment of each teacher.
