This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management in improving teacher performance at SMAS Plus Pagelaran Cisalak. The focus of the research is directed at the processes of planning, development, supervision, and evaluation of human resources implemented in the school environment. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research informants consist of the principal, vice principal, and teachers directly involved in learning activities. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions interactively. The results show that human resource planning is conducted based on the number of classes and subject distribution, so teacher placement is adjusted to their competencies. Teacher development is carried out through training activities, workshops, subject teacher forums (MGMP), and guidance from the principal aimed at improving pedagogical and professional competencies. Supervision is conducted through classroom visits, checking learning documents, and periodic evaluations to ensure that the learning process runs according to standards. Supporting factors in HRM implementation include principal leadership, adequate facilities, and teacher work motivation, while inhibiting factors are related to uneven workload distribution and limited training opportunities. The findings also indicate that the implementation of human resource management has a positive impact on improving teacher performance, particularly in discipline, competence, and learning quality. Structured HRM practices contribute to improving the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. Therefore, human resource management plays an important role in improving teacher performance and supporting the enhancement of education quality at SMAS Plus Pagelaran Cisalak.
