Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan di dunia pendidikan non formal dan pengajaran pada umumnya sering terjadi pada pendidik tata rias pengantin antara lain 1) lemahnya peran serta pendidik tata rias pengantin dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masih menganggap hal yang rutinitas tanpa perubahan, baik dalam strategi, metode, teknik, media, dan lain-lain, serta 2) permasalahan tentang peran pimpinan lembaga kursus sebagai motivator dan manajer dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tidak berjalan sebagai mana mestinya. Jalan keluar untuk mengatasi hal ini antara lain dapat dilakukan oleh pimpinan lembaga kursus sebagai pemimpin tertinggi menerapkan sistem pembinaan terhadap pendidik tata rias pengantin agar berkualitas dan dapat ditingkatkan. Manajemen pembinaan pendidik tata rias pengantin merupakan langkah yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan diatas. Langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah pimpinan lembaga kursus dan jajarannya membuat perencanaan pembinaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan pembinaan, dan evaluasi hasil dari pembinaan. Dengan langkah ini akan diketahui hasil dan kemajuan dari kinerja pendidik tata rias pengantin dan tujuan dari pendidikan tata rias pengantin itu sendiri. Teori yang dipakai dalam menunjang penelitian dan pembinaan profesionalitas pemimpin kursus antara lain adalah teori tentang manajemen pendidikan, manajemen pimpinan lembaga kursus, serta teori tentang pembinaan. Teknik penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, dengan metode dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah pimpinan dan pendidik tata rias pengantin di lembaga kursus. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa di lembaga kursus selalu secara rutin melaksanakan 1) perencanaan pembinaan pada setiap tahunnya; 2) pengorganisasian sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi; 3) pelaksanaan pembinaan secara rutin; dan 4) melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil dari pembinaan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Pimpinan Kursus; Pembinaan; Pendidik Perias Pengantin Abstract Problems in the world of non-formal education and teaching in general often occur in bride cosmetology educators, among others 1) the weak participation of bride cosmetology educators in carrying out their duties still considers routines without change, both in strategy, methods, techniques, media, and etc., and 2) issues regarding the role of the course leader as a motivator and manager in the management of human resources that are not working properly. The way out to overcome this can be done among others by the leadership of the course institution as the supreme leader to implement a system of guidance for bride cosmetology educators to be quality and can be improved. The management of bride cosmetology educators is the right step in overcoming the above problems. The steps that can be taken are the leadership of the course institutions and their staff to make coaching plans, organizing, implementing coaching, and evaluating the results of coaching. With this step we will know the results and progress of the bride cosmetology educator's performance and the goals of the bride cosmetology education itself. Theories used in supporting research and coaching professionalism of course leaders include theories about management education, management of course leaders, and theories about coaching. The research technique uses documentation studies, interviews and observations, with descriptive qualitative methods and approaches. The subjects in the study were the leaders and educators of bridal make-up in the course institutions. Based on the findings of the research it can be concluded that in the institute the course always routinely carries out 1) coaching planning every year; 2) organizing according to the main tasks and functions; 3) regular coaching implementation; and 4) evaluating the results of the coaching. Abstract

Among the Development of teachers professionalism  is in the ability to make scientific papers which is believed to improve professionalism and improve the quality of learning ,.Among the problems of elementary schools teachers in the focus areas is lack of understanding in the writing of scientific papers. Whereas professional teachers should be able to write scientipic papers. Among the causes are long willingness, ability, coaching . This  study aims to provide news strategies /theories and improvements in the willingness and ability of teachers to write scientifics papers.mastery of methodology ,research design , practical ways,and tips for successful writing of scientific papers .Problem solving frameworks by holding a workshop.The methode Is  qualitative analytic,descriptive designed through  R & D . This reseach belongs to appropriate technology development of empowerment model and professionalism of teachers of elementary school in West Java.

Abstract

This research is due to concerns about the morals of students who graduate from Madrasah Aliyah who are in Persatuan Islam Boarding School environment which are still very vulnerable to being affected by environmental conditions that are not in accordance with the values upheld in the pesantren. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Management of Noble Morals Education in Madrasah Aliyah Students at Persatuan Islam Boarding School. This research was conducted with a multi-case study approach at MA PPI 67 Benda Tasikmalaya, MA PPI 84 Ciganitri Bandung and MA PPI 99 Ran Brancho Garut with a qualitative method that management of noble character education in improving the quality of graduates of Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School students. The results of this study reveal that: (1) Noble character education management policies are based on harmonization of conventional Islamic boarding school values; (2) The noble character education program is based on the values of modern scientific development; (3) The implementation of noble character education, through activities that have been determined and serve as guidelines for the implementation of Islamic boarding school learning, as well as continuous monitoring or evaluation, both internally and externally in order to improve the quality of graduates; (4) The method used in the education of noble character that is applied by pesantren is precisely through example, conditioning (boarding school), direction (advice/nurturing), habituation (training and assignment), active participation (involvement of roles in activities) and learning with rewards. and punishments; (5) The form of noble character that is formed in noble character education, through cadres with precise character, scientific insight, competitiveness, tafaqquh fiddin and moral character; (6) The problems faced in noble character education related to combining the official curriculum and typical Islamic boarding schools must work together optimally; (7) The solution given in noble character education is the problem of time division between pesantren activities and learning in madrasas and boarding schools. The conclusion of this study is that the management of noble character education for MA PPI students is able to reduce the emotional turmoil of adolescent students and can become graduates with noble character, although it has not reached the expected degree.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Madrasah Aliyah's performance is still weak in the management of education and learning. Weak performance is suspected to have not been implemented properly in strategic management at Madrasah Aliyah. The general objective of the study is to determine the performance improvement of Madrasah Aliyah in Sukabumi Regency through the application of strategic management and the specific objectives are to describe (1) Formulation, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation and control, (4) Results obtained, (5) Constraints that arise, and (6) Solutions to overcome obstacles that arise in the implementation of strategic management in improving the performance of Madrasah Aliyah. The grand theory used is Pearce and Robinson's strategic management theory. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in general strategic management has improved the performance of Madrasah Aliyah, and specifically as follows: (1) The formulation of strategic management has been implemented through the formulation of the vision, mission, objectives, policies, and madrasa programs through limited meetings. The formulation has not gone through a special workshop with a comprehensive discussion, (2) The implementation of strategic management has been carried out. Educational management implements madrasah-based management (MBM) by developing two integrated programs, namely madrasa managerial programs and madrasa academic programs. The implementation of madrasa management follows government regulations and foundation policies, (3) Evaluation and control of strategic management through four activities, namely an assessment from the Ministry of Religion through Madrasah Supervisors, activities of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) through Madrasah Self Evaluation (EDM) as the basis for the preparation of e-mails. RKAM and External Quality Assurance System through Madrasah Accreditation, Assessment from Foundation Management, and assessment of public perception. There are no specific criteria for assessment from foundations and the community, (4) The results obtained from the implementation of strategic management are an increase in the quality of education governance and the learning process. The implementation of education is getting better. Madrasah personnel can carry out their duties and functions according to what has been set. Students excel in various competition activities, both academic and non-academic, (5) Constraints that arise include limited facilities and infrastructure, not all national education standards are implemented optimally, madrasas do not have full authority, the majority of teacher status are Non-PNS so that their welfare is relatively low. is still small, and education financing still relies on Central BOS funds and BPMU from the Province, and (6) Solutions, all obstacles are gradually overcome to minimize problems in performance. In conclusion, empirically strategic management has been applied and can improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Sukabumi Regency. Improvement in the implementation of education and learning. Private Aliyah Madrasas follow government regulations and policies set by the foundation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of an interesting phenomenon in the implementation of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) in Sukabumi Regency. The regional government 's very strong attention to religious education in Sukabumi District , the lack of conditions for MDTA infrastructure, inadequate learning management at MDTA, limited sources of activity funds, and the structure of the MDTA curriculum that has not been fully understood have become the focus of problems in this research. This study presents the results of research on Learning Management in Improving the Quality of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Graduates in Sukabumi District. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive methods were performed on MDTA in three (3) the District, the District, Cicantaya n , Caringin and Cisaat. The data collection technique combines field observations, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Inductive data analysis resulted in the following conclusions: in general, the management of Learning in Improving the Quality of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Graduates (MDTA) in Cicantayan, Caringin and Cisaat Districts, Sukabumi Regency has not run optimally. In particular, first, the policy product of the Sukabumi Regency Government in the provision of education at MDTA has been successfully implemented even though the realization of the operational assistance budget and the pattern of guidance and supervision are still not optimal. Second, the achievements of the results of the implementation of learning at MDTA so far have been sufficient to meet the graduation standards of students, but in the implementation of learning activities still do not meet the standards of the learning process. Third, there are some inhibiting factors faced in the form of limited budget, weak understanding of the methodology and the mindset of teachers in learning, inadequate learning facilities, and the absence of a national madrasah diniyah curriculum standard. Fourth, the future demands are in the form of community support for the development of MDTA with a modern and innovative perspective, the formation of the diniyah teachers' deliberation forums and the professional training of teachers. Fifth, several improvements have been made in the form of holding MDTA accreditation and strengthening the Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum (FKDT). And the sixth is the impact obtained from the implementation of education at MDTA in the form of a religious community environment, holding back the moral decadence of the younger generation and creating religious figures in the Cicantayan, Caringin and Cisaat Districts. This study also offers a hypothetical model for the application of learning management to MDTA.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning can be achieved by the quality of managerial ability of the principal who is creative and innovative in managing the school. When the principal's managerial implementation has not been optimal in carrying out the main tasks and functions, it has an impact on the weak performance of teachers. Therefore, the principal has the task and role of providing guidance to improve teacher performance and the quality of learning. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of how the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of school principals in improving teacher performance and learning quality. The research method used is documentation studies from relevant literature. Eight articles were used as the data. The results showed that: 1) school principals always plan teacher performance coaching programs, make methods and forms of performance coaching, allocate performance coaching time, 2) organize performance coaching including: a clear organizational structure, division of labor, 3) on the implementation function. generally carried out at the beginning of the school year and at the beginning of each semester, the routine implementation every month the principal always provides performance guidance, 4) at the evaluation stage held at the end of each semester, and also conducts class visits, the results achieved. This study concludes that the principal management has contributed positively towards the teacher performance and improved the quality of learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System in Improving the Quality of Education services at Uninus as an effort to improve the quality of inputs, processes, and output outcomes. This is very important considering the quality of study program performance issues are so complex from the start of student input, teaching and learning processes, fulfillment of graduation standards, infrastructure and human resources. Other problems in the management of study programs have not been optimal implementation of higher education quality standards both academic and non-academic. This study uses a qualitative research approach, with the case study method. Research activities carried out at the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Group, Quality Assurance Unit and Study Programs at Uninus Graduate School. How to collect data through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with data sources and informants. The results illustrate (a) There are policies and SPMI concepts, in the form of academic quality standard documents and non-academic quality standard documents that are formulated and determined by the Directorate of Quality Assurance as a reference in implementing the Directorate General of Higher Education quality standards in the Study Program, coordinating with the Quality Assurance Group and the Unit Quality Assurance for setting standards, implementing standards, evaluating standards, controlling standards and improving quality standards in the study program; (b) The internal quality assurance system is implemented through the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation of the SPMI cycle; (c) barriers to implementation include commitment by the leadership is not optimal, the number of personal auditors is limited, SPMI is implemented only when facing accreditation. (d) The solution is to anticipate obstacles in the form of providing experts in SPMI implementation, training for young auditors, fostering quality assurance spirit, carry out evaluation in every semester. Utilization of SPMI evaluation results in the context of building a quality culture, enhancing the BAN-PT accreditation rating and gratification to customers.

Abstract

Management and leadership are closely related to the graduates that will be produced, namely giving birth to students, who are able to combine scientific and empirical theorists in the field. The high quality of the education process in boarding schools is seen from how the management is controlled by the leadership of kiai as a caregiver, leader and at the same time the owner of pesanten hut. However, the fact is that graduates of boarding schools are still one of the unemployed due to the lack of skills gained when studying in boarding schools. Whereas pondok pesantren as one of the educational institutions has enormous potential in improving the standard of living of the community. The problem of unemployment that plagues the majority of Muslims stems not only from the problem of intelligence, but also the problem of life skills, because with life skills helps humans be able to survive in living life and achieve what they want, and vice versa. The purpose of the research is to describe strategic management of kiai leadership, planning, priority programs, evaluations, as well as constraints and solutions in the empowerment of boarding schools as an effort to increase the independence of santri This research applies a qualitative approach with the type of case study research with multisitus design. Data is collected by conducting in-depth interviews, participant observations and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. Techniques to check the validity of research findings through trianggulation of data sources and data collection techniques. The results showed that the strategic management of kiai leadership in the empowerment of pesantren huts has not fully run in accordance with planning, empowerment priority program policies by opening pesanten cottage business units, including: kopontren, BMT, carpentry, livestock, agroindustry, mebeuler, and convection, and empowerment evaluation is carried out at the stage before implementation, activity process and results of activities. Kedala in empowerment including strategies based more on the wishes of kiai, has not touched on the needs of the students, the socialization of the program has not been maximal, the santri has not been maximally actively played in the program carried out, the limited human resources (HR) of the manager of the boarding school are qualified, the discipline and commitment of the students has not been optimal.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of mastering the use of IT as a learning medium. Skill is a skill that is learned by training, in line with regulation Number 74 of 2008. Changing times, the development of science is coupled with the Covid-19 world outbreak, so that it requires teachers to be skilled at using IT media as an effective and efficient learning tool. This study aims to find out the description and description of planning, skills, implementation, barriers, evaluation, from the results of basic level training for PAUD teachers through online learning to improve skills in using learning media. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Grand theory of George Tery. The object of research in two schools, namely KB Rumah Bintang and Melati Kota Bandung. Based on the research findings, it was obtained that a) the planning carried out included online media learning training teachers because there were already many online learning media b) teacher skills continued to be improved to create interactive learning with online learning processes c) the implementation of training was very helpful according to relevant needs d) the obstacles in each school are different, the biggest factors are cost and opportunity e) evaluation of efforts to maintain competence and improve teacher performance f) the findings of the training have a very significant impact in terms of knowledge, skills and the application of the online learning process. The conclusion is that the management of PAUD teacher basic level training through online learning to improve the skills of using learning media has a positive and significant contribution.

Abstract

Manajemen Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) merupakan model pengelolaan yangmemberikan otonomi atau kemandirian kepada sekolah dan mendorong pengambilankeputusan partisipatif yang melibatkan secara langsung semua warga sekolah. Otonomisekolah ini memerlukan pengawasan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dalamkemampuan menjalankan kepemimpinan di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untukmenilai kinerja kepala sekolah dalam kemampuan manajerial dan supervisi. Penelitiandilakukan terhadap 66 orang kepala sekolah di salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan dalam manajerial, kemampuan kepala sekolah tertinggi padaindikator mengelola pengembangan kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuaidengan arah dan tujuan pendidikan nasional, sedangkan kemampuan manajerialterendah pada indikator memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi bagi peningkatanpembelajaran dan manajemen seolah/madrasah. Dalam supervisi, kemampuan kepalasekolah yang tertinggi pada indikator merencanakan program supervisi akademik dalamrangka peningkatan profesionalisme guru, dan kemampuan terendah pada indikatormenindaklanjuti hasil supervisi akademik dalam rangka peningkatan profesionalismeguru.
