This study was motivated by the increasing incidence of bullying in elementary schools, which has the potential to reduce students' learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bullying on the learning motivation of students at UPT SD Negeri 066656 Medan Selayang in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study employed a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population consisted of 116 students, while 90 students were selected as the sample using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the normality test, Product Moment correlation, simple linear regression, and the t-test. The results showed that the data were normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.200 (>0.05). The Product Moment correlation analysis produced a correlation coefficient of 0.947 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a very strong relationship between bullying and students' learning motivation. Furthermore, the t-test revealed that the calculated t-value (27.568) was higher than the critical t-value (1.987), with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). These findings indicate that bullying has a significant effect on the learning motivation of students at UPT SD Negeri 066656 Medan Selayang in the 2025/2026 academic year. Therefore, continuous efforts to prevent bullying are necessary to create a safe and supportive learning environment that enhances students' learning motivation.
