Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The difference in learning outcomes between groups of students taught using the Project Based Learning model and groups of students taught using the expository model; (2) The difference in learning outcomes between groups of students who have high learning motivation who are taught using the Project Based Learning model and groups of students who have high learningmotivation who are taught using the expository model; (3) The difference in learning outcomes between groups of students who have low learning motivation who are taught using the Project Based Learning model and groups of students who have low learning motivation who are taught using the expository model; (4) Interaction between Project Based Learning Model and Student Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes. This research was conducted at SDN Regency with a population of all fourth grade students as many as 50 students. The sample in this study was class IV A and Class IV B, each of which totaled 25 students. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The data collection instruments used were learning outcome tests, learning motivation questionnaires and project assessment checklists.

Abstract

The duties and responsibilities of the principal's supervision greatly determine the performance of teachers in the school. Supervision is aimed at teaching and learning situations that allow the achievement of educational goals optimally, in improving and improving the quality of teaching. The principal who has responsibilities as a leader, such as being able to show an exemplary personality for teachers and staff, has great expertise in leading a particular school, will know the teacher's performance, such as the teacher will be responsible, disciplined, and enthusiastic. This research uses descriptive research. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of Principal Supervision in improving teacher performance at SDN 105316 Beranti. The population in this study were all teachers at SDN 105316 Beranti, both civil servants and non-civil servants who found 12 people. From the results of this study, it can be said that the supervision of the principal at SDN 105316 Beranti has very good criteria. The better the supervision of the principal, the better the teacher's performance

Abstract

AbstractThe rapid pace of technology is currently having an extraordinary impact on the world of education, both positive and negative, this depends on how educators and those who are educated use the technology. Effective teachers are certainly able to master subject matter and strategies as well as skills in using various kinds of good teaching media, one of which is using technology, but at this time there are still teachers who only use textbooks as the only learning media. In today's modern and all-technological era, listeners are required to be dynamic towards the rapidly developing technological developments. If the teaching system used by teachers is still conventional, it is feared that students will find it difficult to develop and keep abreast of technological developments in society. By utilizing this media technology, it is very easy for a teacher to convey his knowledge. Not only that, the use of technological media is also very useful for students to capture and understand lessons easily, power point learning media is one of them. This PowerPoint media is an alternative problem solving by developing Microsoft PowerPoint as a learning medium. The purpose of this research is to find out the description: Use of Power Point Based Learning Media for Teachers at SDN 066656 Medan Selayang. The population in this study were all teachers at SDN 066656 Medan Selayang, both civil servants and non-PNS, totaling 12 people. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the use of power point-based learning media for teachers at SDN 066656 Medan Selayang has very good criteria. The better the use of learning media, the better the teacher's performance. Keywords: Learning Media, Power Point Based

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The influence of discovery learning and expository learning models on student learning outcomes, 2) The influence of social skills on student learning outcomes. 3) The interaction between learning models and social skills on student learning outcomes. This study used a quasi-experimental research method. The research was conducted from April to May 2021.The population of this study were 48 students of grade V SDN 034799 Doloktolong who were chosen randomly by random sampling technique. The sample is the VA class as many as 24 people as the experimental class and the VB class as many as 24 people as the control class. Data collection techniques using social skills questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used two-way analysis of variance. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There are differences in learning outcomes students who were taught with the discovery learning model with an average value of 85,556 higher than the learning outcomes of students taught by the expository learning model with an average of 76,944, the results of the analysis of variance showed that the Fcount value was 71.11> the Ftable value was 3.20 and the probability or significance value 0.00 <0.05, so H0 is rejected; (2) There is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students with high social skills and the average84,364and students who have low social skills on average 67.00. Result of analysis of variance obtained Fcount value of 17.35> Ftable value of 3.20 and a significant value of 0.017 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected; (3) There is an interaction between discovery learning models and students social skills in improving student PPKn learning outcomes, the results of analysis of variance Fcount value of 6,021> Ftable value of 3.20 and a significance of 0.018 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Education is a very important tool to achieve the progress of the nation and state because good education will produce good Human Resources (HR). The world of education can be used as the basic foundation for the progress of the Indonesian nation, so the people in Ronggur Nihuta Village very well support the activities of the MBKM Student Thematic KKN Program to conduct teaching in the form of tutoring. This tutoring activity was chosen because it saw the condition of the children in Ronggur Nihuta Village who have a tendency to play mobile phones every day. Things that are done when playing on a cellphone are playing Facebook, online games and watching YouTube cartoon content. The attitude taken to deal with problems related to the future of children in Ronggur Nihuta Village, especially in the field of education. Through a heart-to-heart approach, it also slowly provides motivation to learn. MBKM Thematic KKN Program students gradually direct their mobile playing activities into learning activities in the form of tutoring. The purpose of tutoring is to assist parents in guiding their children, in addition to that so that children are able to master knowledge and can develop the skills acquired, so that by providing tutoring services it is hoped that children will be motivated in learning. Learning motivation can be interpreted as a condition that exists within an individual that encourages students to learn and carry out certain activities to get maximum learning outcomes and goals

Abstract

Audio visual learning media makes it easier for students to understand material from the abstract to the more concrete so that students are able to understand the subject matter well, thereby improving student learning outcomes. This research aims to analyze the activities of using learning media in improving student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews with class teachers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on research results, the use of audio-visual learning media has proven to be very effective in improving science learning outcomes, apart from that, there is also the involvement of internal and external factors in terms of student learning activities in class.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Ilmu pengetahuan alam (IPA) merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang paling penting dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar. Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi multimedia seperti media video animasi kartun menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran IPA. Media tersebut memiliki keunggulan visual yang menarik perhatiaan serta mampu menyampaikan informasi secara interaktif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa,masih banyak pengajar yang belum mengembangkan media pembelajarannya yang efektif bagi siswa.Oleh sebab itu,dalam penelitiaan ini akan mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan “Mendia Video Animasi Kartun”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and develompent /R&D). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan,maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video animasi kartun yang dikembangkan peneliti untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPA Materi Ciri-ciri Makhluk Hidup dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis,Desain,Development,Implementation,and).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri 065013 Setia Budi Medan Selayang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti menggali informasi secara mendalam melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena mampu menggambarkan fenomena kepemimpinan dan dinamika organisasi dalam konteks nyata dan kompleks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan informatif, yaitu gaya yang menekankan pentingnya komunikasi dua arah, pemberian informasi yang jelas, dan arahan yang terstruktur. Gaya kepemimpinan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, baik dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan tugas, maupun evaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi yang kuat juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Guru-guru merasa lebih termotivasi untuk bekerja secara profesional karena adanya dukungan dari pimpinan dan kesamaan visi dalam mencapai tujuan sekolah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi antara kepemimpinan informatif dan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of class IV IPAS students of SD Negeri 006 Sosorgonting in the 2024/2025 Academic Year as seen from the results of daily test scores. This type of research is quantitative research using the one group pretest posttest design method. The type of sample used is purposive sampling. The research sample used was class IVB students totaling 30 students. To determine the initial abilities of students, the study conducted a Pretest with an average score of 54.4 which is included in the less category. The results of the Pretest have increased from the results of the Posttest given previously with an average student score reaching 75.06 with a good category. It can be said that the level of success of student learning outcomes using the Jigsaw type cooperative model has increased and has an effect with a strong category as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient test calculation obtained the results of r_count ≥ r_table with a result of 0.778 ≥ 0.361. Furthermore, the hypothesis test that compares the value of t_count ≥ t_table. The t_count value is obtained = 6.552 while t_table = 1.697. Because t_count ≥ t_table (6.552 ≥ 1.697) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model on learning outcomes in the subject of science for grade IV at SD Negeri 006 Sosorgonting in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Inquiry terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV. Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS SD Negeri 117504 Perkebunan Aek Pamienke Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan instrumen tes sebanyak 25 soal dan angket 25 butir angket. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa berdasarkan teknik sampling purposive. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa, penelitian melakukan Pretest dengan nilai rata-rata 53,07 yang masuk dalam kategori kurang. Hasil dari Pretest tersebut memiliki peningkatan dari hasil Posttest yang diberikan sebelumnya dengan nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 78,8 dengan kategori baik. Dapat dikatakan tingkat keberhasilan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquiry meningkat dan berpengaruh dengan kategori sangat kuat dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil  dengan hasil 0,95 lebih besar sama dengan 0,361. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis yang membandingkan nilai . Diperoleh nilai  = 16,099 sedangkan  = 1,69913. Karena  (16,099 lebih besar sama dengan 1,69913) maka  diterima dan  ditolak. Melalui uji-t tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Inquiry (X) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y).
