<![CDATA[This study aims to improve students’ ability to understand the symbols of the Pancasila principles through the Project Based Learning model in fourth grade students of SD Negeri Ciawet. The study used Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, interviews, and project assessment rubrics. The results showed that the implementation of Project Based Learning increased students’ activeness, understanding of the symbols of Pancasila, and learning completeness. Students were able to explain the meaning of Pancasila symbols and relate them to everyday life. Therefore, the Project Based Learning model is effective in improving students’ understanding of the symbols of the Pancasila principles.]]>
