This study aims to describe the digital leadership of a madrasah principal in guiding teachers to address the characteristics of Generation Z and Generation Alpha students through technology-based management grounded in Islamic values at MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Mayang. This research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings reveal that the principal encouraged teachers to integrate technology into learning through digital media, instructional videos, the internet as a learning resource, and the Quizizz application for assessment. Islamic leadership values, namely amanah, siddiq, tabligh, and fathanah, were also integrated into technology utilization. Supervision was conducted through teacher guidance and restrictions on digital device use during learning activities. The study concludes that digital leadership based on Islamic values enhances learning innovation, strengthens students’ religious character, and creates an effective and ethical learning environment.
