Abstract

This research explains the teacher's readiness in implementing authentic assessment in the Independent Curriculum which includes the preparation and implementation stages in the natural and social sciences learning evaluation process. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the readiness and understanding of teachers and principals at State Elementary School 58 Jambi City regarding the Independent Curriculum in authentic assessment, especially natural and social sciences learning; (2) analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in authentic assessment of natural and social sciences learning. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, using phenomenological methods. The data source involved the school principal and class IV homeroom teacher at SD Negeri 58 Jambi City. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation, using data analysis techniques using the model from Hubenman, and Saldana, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data/conclusion verification as well as data validity using triangulation techniques. The research results show that (1) Teachers and school principals have prepared themselves and understand authentic assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum, especially in natural and social sciences learning; (2) Teachers have implemented authentic assessment in the Independent Curriculum through comprehensive and continuous evaluation of Attitudes, Competencies and Skills. Implementation of authentic assessments based on knowledge competencies in science subjects using written techniques, oral tests and assignments. Attitude competency assessment utilizes observation techniques, self- assessment, peer assessment, and journal assessment. Meanwhile, authentic assessment based on skill competency is carried out through performance assessment techniques, project assessment, product assessment and portfolio assessment.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is one of the new programs designed by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the Merdeka curriculum. The aims of this research are: (1) to describe the planning of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in 58 state elementary schools in Jambi City, (2) to describe the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in 58 state elementary schools in Jambi City, (3) to describe what just the obstacles in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in 58 state elementary schools in Jambi City. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at State Elementary School 58, Jambi City, class IV. The data sources in this research were the principal of State Elementary School 58, Jambi City and the class IV teacher of State Elementary School 58, Jambi City. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses the interactive method of Miles, Huberman and Saldana with the steps: 1) data condensation, 2) data presentation, 3) drawing conclusions. The data validity method uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research show that: 1) The planning stage is forming a P5 facilitator team, identifying school readiness, determining themes that will be used in the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile, determining time allocation, and preparing teaching modules that will be used. 2) At the P5 implementation stage, namely carrying out preparation of learning resources, project work, evaluation stages. The inhibiting factor in implementing P5 is that the timing of its implementation is still not conducive because implementing P5 requires a long time, and the school land is not sufficient.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of people development and compensation employee and organizational culture through Performance in PT. SGS Indonesia. In this research data collection using the questionnaire collected from respondents. The sampling method collection used in this research is non-probability sampling, with a collection technique of purposive sampling. The total sample of this research is 130 respondents. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis techniques, a method for hypothesis testing using the software LISREL. The results of this research showing that People Development has a significant impact on Organization Culture, Compensation has a significant impact on Organization Culture, People Development has a significant impact on Performance, Compensation has a significant impact on Performance, and Organization culture has a significant impact on Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on employees' integrity and performance at Bank BNI. The method used in this study was descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all employees in the BNI Bank Rawamangun branch totaling to 360 people, and the sample was 190 respondents from the number of employees. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) by using Lisrel. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on integrity, compensation has a positive effect on integrity, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, integrity has a positive effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance through integrity, and compensation has a positive effect on employee performance through integrity.

Abstract

The development of business strategy is an important aspect to achieve corporate goals. It requires accurate strategy planning in developing a company or business. This study was conducted on PT. Alpindo Mitra Baja (PT AMB), one of the steel plate manufacturer companies in West Java. The high challenge faced by the companies forced their top management to think harder in determining the strategies to be applied. The uncertain business climate and the recovering condition of the company were the factors that must be identified. This study used the SWOT analysis method which was developed by weighting over IFA (Internal Factor Analysis) and EFA (External Factor Analysis). It required an analytical technique to test the model and the relation generated by the SWOT. The analytical techniques used in this study was Analytic Network Process or ANP. The use of ANP analysis tools was also aimed to find the priority strategy. Using ANP, based on the weighted sequence of the largest, it can be seen that the sequence of strategies is "increase the working capital especially for new projects" by 1,0000000, "strengthen the HRD system to discipline employees" by 0,746776 "conduct employee competency training Amounting to 0,488718, "improving production quality" 0,244288, "creating SIM to expand foreign and domestic market of 0,153744" and implementing ISO-certified management system "of 0,097903.

Abstract

The reform of the bureaucracy keeps real rolling fields of government activity, development and civic services, with the purpose of creation of efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the demands of excellent service to the community. Efforts to bring about good governance (good governance) has become a priority of the Government's policy of Cabinet work. This research was conducted to find out the influence of internal oversight towards the implementation of good governance, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy towards the implementation of good governance, knowing the influence on performance of internal oversight ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, against the performance of ASN, know the influence of the reform of the bureaucracy, towards good governance. The sample in this study is taken by using the data collection method called the purposive sampling. The number of samples used IE as much as 200 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) via software SmartPLS. The results showed that internal oversight had a positive but not significant toward good governance, reform of the bureaucracy has a positive and significant relationship towards good governance, internal oversight have a positive relationship but not significantly to the performance of the bureaucratic reform has relationships ASN positively and significantly to the performance of ASN, good governance has a positive and significant relationship towards the performance of ASN.

Abstract

Umrah travel business is indeed promising. The best umroh travel will not have a bad track record. This track record shows the quality of service and the level of customer satisfaction. Choose Umrah travel that really has a good reputation where this travel never gets complaints from customers, or problems with third parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and trust in customer satisfaction and its impact on the company's reputation in Umrah travel in East Jakarta. The study sample was 160 respondents from 5 Umrah travels studied. The sampling technique uses quota sampling, which is that each travel gets a quota of 32 samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is processed by LISREL Software. The results of the study prove that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The trust variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality variables have a significant effect on the company's reputation. While the trust variable does not affect the company's reputation. The customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the company's reputation in the Umrah Travel Bureau in East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource management practices and perceptions of organizational support for employee engagement with quality of work life as intervening. The success of an organization depends on the approach taken to build human resources effectively. Employee engagement is defined as a positive, satisfying and work-related state of mind that is characterized by passion, dedication and absorption. Many factors can affect employee engagement, including the management of human resources, perceived of organization support and the quality of work life. Research subjects are employees of PT. X in Jakarta as many as 160 respondents. This study uses the SEM method through a questionnaire. The results show that two exogenous variables have a significant effect on intervening variables: (R2 = 0.92, p = 0.000), and the variable of work quality has a significant effect on employee engagement variables (R2 = 0.49, p = 0.000).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-commerce service quality dan trust terhadap customer loyality melalui customer satisfaction (Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Electronic City Bogor). Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 265 responden yang dilakukan pada e-commerce service quality dan trust terhadap customer loyality melalui customer satisfaction (Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Electronic City Bogor). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction (2) Service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction (3) trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction (4) e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. (5) service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyality. (6) trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyality (7) Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyality.
