<![CDATA[This This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 03 Binuang Kampung Dalam in Pancasila Education, particularly on the topic of the meaning of Pancasila values in society, as shown by an initial classical mastery rate of only 24%. This condition resulted from teacher-centered instruction, the dominant use of lecturing, and limited student engagement in group discussion. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva media. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, referring to the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles across three meetings (two meetings in Cycle I and one meeting in Cycle II). The subjects were the teacher and 21 fourth-grade students at SDN 03 Binuang Kampung Dalam, Padang, in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through observation, tests, and non-test techniques. The results showed a consistent improvement in every cycle. The lesson module implementation score increased from 87.50% in Cycle I Meeting I to 96.88% in Cycle II. Teacher activity improved from 78.57% to 96.43%, and student activity improved from 75.00% to 96.43%. Student learning outcomes also improved across all dimensions: the average attitude score rose from 79.17 to 91.67; knowledge from 70.00 (47.62% mastery) to 88.10 (85.71% mastery); and skills from 77.78 to 94.05. All research success indicators were achieved in Cycle II, indicating that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Canva media is effective in improving fourth-grade students' learning outcomes in Pancasila Education.]]>
