This study aims to determine the level of tutor performance, the level of learners' creativity, and the influence of tutor performance on the creativity of Package C learners at PKBM Laskar Pelangi. This research employed a quantitative approach using a causal associative research design. The sample consisted of 30 Package C learners selected through the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire, while data analysis techniques included tendency analysis, normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings revealed that the level of tutor performance was categorized as very high, with 15 respondents (50%) in the very high category, 12 respondents (40%) in the high category, and 3 respondents (10%) in the moderate category. Meanwhile, the creativity of learners was categorized as moderate to high, with 12 respondents (40%) in the high category and 12 respondents (40%) in the moderate category. The results of the t-test showed that the calculated t-value was -0.178, which was lower than the t-table value of 2.048, with a significance value of 0.860 > 0.05. Therefore, there was no significant influence of tutor performance on the creativity of Package C learners at PKBM Laskar Pelangi. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination was 0.113%, indicating that tutor performance contributed only 0.113% to learners' creativity, while the remaining 99.887% was influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study.
