<![CDATA[Adolescents are an age group vulnerable to various reproductive health problems due to a lack of adequate knowledge and information. Adolescent reproductive health is an important aspect in developing healthy lifestyle behaviors from an early age. This community service activity aims to increase adolescent knowledge about reproductive health through reproductive health education for seventh-grade students at Singaraja 5th State Junior High School. The activity was attended by 25 students, consisting of 17 female students (68.0%) and 8 male students (32.0%), with the majority of participants aged 14 years (15 people) (60.0%). The activity was implemented through counseling using interactive lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and the distribution of educational leaflets. The activity was evaluated using pretests and posttests to measure the level of knowledge of participants before and after the counseling. The results of the activity showed an increase in participant knowledge after being given reproductive health education. The average pretest score of 60.4 increased to 81.2 in the posttest results. Throughout the activity, participants were active in the discussion and question and answer sessions. The adolescent reproductive health education activity has proven effective in increasing students' knowledge and awareness of the importance of maintaining reproductive health from an early age. Reproductive health education for adolescents is expected to shape positive attitudes and behaviors in maintaining reproductive health and preventing risky behavior in adolescents.]]>
