<![CDATA[Curricculum and learning development are important components in improving the quality of education in Elementary Schools (SD) and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The curriculum provides direction for educational objectives, learning content, teaching strategies, and assessment, while learning represents the implementation of the curriculum in the classroom. This article aims to discuss curriculum and learning development as an effort to improve the quality of education in SD/MI. The method used in this article is a literature review based on relevant scientific articles and educational references. The results indicate that curriculum development needs to be adjusted to students' needs, school characteristics, technological developments, and the demands of the 21st century. Effective learning requires active student participation, appropriate learning strategies, differentiated instruction, and continuous assessment. Teacher competence and collaboration also play an important role in successful curriculum implementation. Therefore, curriculum and learning development should be carried out continuously to create meaningful learning experiences and improve the overall quality of education in SD/MI.]]>
